Sono stata ospite del Sonesta per 16 notti con la mia famiglia ovvero due figli di sei e otto anni, mio padre e mia madre e anche mia sorella con la figlia di sette anni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene per la familiarità del posto: accesso indipendente all'appartamento, giardini ben curati, piscina sempre utilizzabile, campo di basket per la gioia di mio figlio, barbeque a disposizione, e massima disponibilità del personale. Colazione più che sufficiente con la possibilità di prelevare il cibo e gustarlo con tranquillità nella cucina della suite. Unica pecca: la pulizia completa effettuata una volta alla settimana. Abbiamo rappresentato alla gentilissima Irene che con tre bambini era effettivamente impossibile attendere una settimana e così lei si è attivata e siamo riusciti ad avere qualche pulizia completa extra. Comunque tutti i giorni venivano cambiati gli asciugamani. Devo ammettere che specialmente i bambini erano molto dispiaciuti di partire perché si sentivano come a casa. Sicuramente dopo i lavori di sistemazione alla struttura che sono in corso il Sonesta sarà ancora più accogliente!

Pulito e tranquillo se non avete le camere di fronte alla US1. Elettrodomestici funzionanti. Impossibile arrivarvi e spostarsi senza auto. Colazione minimale. Personale gentile e rapido. In estate di può utilizzare il giardino.

Hotel ben curato, pulito, ottima colazione (americana).||Sono stato 2 volte per lavoro, indubbiamente consigliato ma è un pò fuori dal centro e ci si deve muovere in macchina ovunque si voglia andare (ristoranti o centri commerciali).

Bella camera e buona pulizia da migliorare la segnalazione della camera che risulta difficile dalla macchina la reception e efficiente come il wi fi colazione negli standard un albergo per chi è di passaggio consigliato||

Very nice and clean. Free breakfast. We had a huge room with 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom, kitchen and living room. This hotel is dog friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Nice layout and landscaping of the property. 30 minutes from Great Adventure.

Rooms clean, good and spacious. Nice location. However, the kitchen employees are disgruntled all the times. They should go find a job that they finds jt meaningful. We stated two nights and the attitude they carry to all guests during breakfast is miserable. It ridiculous that we need to face them right away in the morning.it seems like they are pushed to do this job. Unfortunate. Sonesta management should take a look

I never heard of the place until it was booked for us. The rooms, or apartments, are awesome. Completely full-size kitchen with a full sized fridge, four burner stove with large oven, microwave, garbage disposal, dining area, living room, and each bedroom has a king bed and it's own bathroom. All rooms have a TV. The breakfast is above average. The place has it all, and for a good rate. You won't be disappointed staying at Sonesta ES Suites. I think the average per night's stay was around $108. Makes me wonder why other hotel chains can't do what they do......? Location, you ask? Well, it's Princeton, NJ. The road map looks like a spider web.

We have a family of 8, so I paid for a 2 bedroom with a king bed and 2 doubles through Travelocity. When I arrived at the hotel I was given a handicap 2 bedroom with a queen bed and 2 doubles. The front desk clerk Mustafa Mohammad said there was nothing he could do to change the room because we booked through a 3rd party. He also stated they were fully booked so our room was given away. I asked him to speak with a manager, he claimed he could not get in contact with her that night she would be available the next day. The room smelled terrible. The carpet needs to be cleaned. The pullout couch mattress was gross with blood looking stains. The mattress covers were ripped. Don’t use the steam setting on the iron it burnt my daughter’s skort. They only had 3 sets of towels and wash clothes for the room. We tried calling the front desk from the phone in the queen room but it did not work. We used the other phone to call Mustafa and was told he didn’t have any towels and house keeping was gone for the day to call in the morning. Unfortunately we could not bathe before bed after traveling for 7 hours. The buffet breakfast was terrible the best part was the yogurt to go. I spoke with Manager Bobbie Lal the next day she claimed that because we booked through a 3rd party she could not refund any portion of the stay. She advised that I call Travelocity and she would explain the situation and agree to a refund percentage. Travelocity contacted the hotel 3 times and each time they were told that they did not have the authorization to make any changes and the manager was not available. I would never stay at another Sonesta since this is allowed. I will be contacting the corporate office as well.
