This was by far the worse place I have been to I would rather spend 75$ for good nails that not rushed. Yes yes I never thought I would be one of these customers but it’s messed up that you spend money for good quality to come out with low quality nails and rushed at that. And before you come for me there was no appointment for my good nail tech so I settled for less and this is what I get lesson learned. Never ever ever coming back here ever!!!!!

The lady didn't wanna throughly scrub my foot, because I didn't wanna pay extra $5 fee. So they left me with dead skin still on my heel. I wasn't rude. But they giggled speaking Spanish in my face. I'm very unsatisfied, and still paid the pedicure. I'm leaving out feeling misunderstood. I won't be coming back.

Update: I didn't mention I brought my sister with me to get her pedicure too.. Now this morning she sent me a pictures of her toe bleeding.. If I can report this salon to consumers report, I will.. Because this is a bad experience that we didn't come in there for. I feel really bad for us..

Updated clean and modern atmosphere! Speaks English well! Follows directions! Spacious! Not a hole in the wall like the other places! New machines and comfortable seating! They always take me even if I’m late I ❤️ my nails every time but this time she outdid herself so I had to post! No appointment needed but I get off late and am usually the last one to leave! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️five stars!!!🔥🔥🔥

Hi , I usually come here but today I was turned around due to the lady who sits up front did my nails almost two weeks ago , one of my nails broke & I was charged $10 for own nail repair, saying my nail is to long .. I went to J&J nails and I was charged $5 one long nail. I was very upset due to how I was treated for one nail.

My favorite nail salon since I was a kid. My sister has been going here since she was a kid as well! The owner Kim still remembers us no matter how long we’ve been coming there. I love the service and I always get exactly what I want when I go here. My favorite techs are Kim and the lady who sits in the first chair as soon as you walk in

Worse experience ever on my birthday. The manicurist did not treat my nails properly, folded them down too much all the way to my nail bed and did not apply the gel polish correctly. She asked another manicurist to complete my design because she counts not paint a flower. When I spoke to the manager, Kim, she did not care about me or the situation. It took 3 hours just to get my nails polished. Unacceptable Customer Care.

My gel manicure chipped in multiple nails 3 days later. The gel polish just peeled off from the cuticles to the tip. I went back to the manager and she told the same girl to fix the chipped nails. The girl would only fix the 3 most damaged nails and refused the rest. These nails chipped in 2 days.

I was able to peel the remaining nail polish off with my finger tips... no soaking in acetone or filing. The polish came right off but my nails are all bruised, thin, chipped and very painful because they were the manicurist had filed my nails down to the nail bed, which she should not have done.

After speaking to a Professional Nail Stylist, I was informed that they could not treat my nails until the pain went away because the previous mainicurist had filed my nails down to the very last layer of cartiledge and damaged my nails. I have to soak my hands and apply oil to relieve the pain and prevent infection. This is ridiculous. I'm very upset.

There are new people there every two weeks.....no one knows how to do designs but the two owners. Kim is the best there but she's always busy and booked. Got my nails done told the girl I didn't like them.....they tried to get her to fix the nails even tho they were horrible. The ow er tries to downplay it until I got ugly and had to demand a change. Unfortunately, I waited 20 mins for someone to fix the polish.....I left and will NEVER go back again.
