The hotel makes you take a tutorial how to operate the automatic lights in the room. Yes, you read that right. Automatic lights come on and off at all hours of the night keeping you up. Just awful. How stupid have we become? Creating a simple on and off switch would be too easy. Beds are too small. I am 6'1 and do not fit on the king size bed. No, won't be returning.

A bunch of us were there because our WestJet flight was cancelled. It's a great location near the airport. Updated and clean. The staff were all great too, especially Brooke, the shuttle driver. She had a lot to deal with all the irate people that day but she kept upbeat and smiling?

Positive: Housekeeping came made bed but left garbage in room and dirty coffee cups. Left wet towels and didn?t replenish coffee or towels. Went front desk and lack of English no change made. Days of wet towels and asking of clean towels. Negative: I?m handicap and asking and then taking to my room coffee and clean towels was hard. 3 days of no housekeeping and lack of care from from desk leads me to not want to stay,

This hotel is located very close to RSW. When we checked in the staff were very pleasant and personable. Our room was large and well appointed. Breakfast was OK and typical of other Hilton properties. My only issue was that the beds were too firm for my liking and the shower could have used more water pressure - rinsing off took a long time.

We were impacted by Hurricane Helene and took refuge at this hotel before our flight home. The staff were so helpful and kind, especially Brooke! We would definitely stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! I stayed for a week with my fiancé and two dogs. We had everything we needed in the hotel room itself, as well as outside the room (dishes, microwave, soap, coffee, breakfast, pool, etc), and the hotel was very clean. All the staff we encountered were friendly. I will definitely be staying again in the future.

Positive: When I booked initially, it was an accessible room. My son had a football game and we just wanted a room for the night.Anyway, I didnt like the features of the room & the manager, didnt hesitate to find me another room to my liking. Negative: The youngman at the front desk was a bit unwilling to change my room.Thank God, Brook was there and jumped in to help.

2nd long term stay I've had here due to work. Have not had one bad experience with staff. All very professional and kind. Don't let the reviews by people who'd complain about anything wherever they are turn you off from here.
