Purtroppo non è possibile dare zero stelle. Un gruppo di dipendenti imbranati che per mezz'ora non hanno preso l'ordinazione e poi sono venuti in 4 a prenderla a distanza di 10 minuti. Lenti disordinati. Il manager è un totale cafone

It’s not enough stars to give for my experience at this location! I’m blown away from the beginning to the end! Staff, food and service was amazing! Terry was very Accommodating when I first told her I wanted to do a surprise party here and helped with bringing my vision to life for our large party. They all went the extra mile to make sure we all were satisfied! I have not one complaint, I am truly grateful for this experience and the services i received!! Big shout to our waiters and their hard work

Today, 12/31/24, we hosted a wonderful wedding reception in the private dining space at Brio PBG. First, I want to shoutout Terri! She is their wonderful event specialist. Terri went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that everything went perfectly. She set the space up with the custom menus, decor, and a beautiful flower centerpiece. When we got there, she created a grand entrance for the newly weds, guiding them to the private space and greeting us all with Prosecco to celebrate. You would’ve thought she knew us personally because of how dedicated she was to making the day special. We did the best we could with our budget but thanks to Terri, it was more than we could’ve imagined. Also, I want to shoutout our wonderful server, I forgot her name, it might’ve been Patricia, but she handled everything with grace and patience. I know, firsthand, that taking care of a large 20+ party on your own isn’t easy but she was a BOSS and phenomenal. The food was fabulous and the cake, which was made in their kitchen and prepared special for us, was perfect! Everyone wanted an extra slice to go home with. I just cannot emphasize enough how wonderful today was thanks to all of the staff. If anyone wants to host an event at Brio, call Terri, she will take wonderful care of you! I hope someday she can have her own event planning business if she doesn’t already because that’s her calling! Thank you Brio for taking care of us today and hosting a beautiful reception for us, we didn’t have to anything except enjoy and that we did!

Jeff is hands down the best bartender I’ve ever met. From the moment you sit down, he makes you feel like you’ve been friends forever. He’s quick, attentive, and somehow always knows exactly what you need—whether it’s a perfectly mixed drink or a great conversation. Jeff has this way of turning a regular night out into something special, and that’s a rare talent. Do yourself a favor and ask for Jeff when you go—tell him, “Shai sent me!” You won’t regret it.

Very good fair with a nice happy hour. One of the better restaurants in the Gardens Mall. They have their own take an Italian food and a very nice bartender when I was there. It’s right next to the P.F. Chang’s right outside the parking lot.

My husband and I ate Christmas Day dinner at Brio. We had 7 PM reservations. We were told that a few of the menu items were not available. They were also out of bread. We sat and waited for 1&1/2 hours for our food to arrive. We were very disappointed with the management of a holiday dinner. No bread, no salmon, no pork chops and a ridiculously long wait. Our waitress told us at 8:30 pm that all reservations for the rest of the night were canceled!
We will never again eat at Brio’s on a holiday. Management knew how many reservations they had for the day they should have planned better. NO BREAD and a 1 and 1/2 hour wait for our dinner. Brio you should be ashamed of yourself.

Great Italian food. Consistent. Service is great. Food is not Olive Garden- it’s more authentic. Server was friendly and took her time since we were not in a hurry. overall very pleasant meal.

Chef Bobby was so phenomenal with handling a precious situation/visit, took real personal care. Bartender Mick had true character with great personality, ability. Fun to meet other pleasant patrons at the bar. We go here a bit and so nice to witness professionalism! Food was amazing!
