This resort has nice rooms which are very well maintained. The furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It is also close to Disney Springs. We are very pleased with our decision to stay at this resort!

The resort is very nice, the staff is great, and the rooms? Spectacular! My family is very accustomed to the Marriott Vacation Club “look and feel,” which we absolutely love, but this was definitely an upgrade from that. The shower in the main bedroom? WOW! We have been Grande Vista devotees for years when coming to Orlando, that may change.

Spacious and recently updated rooms. It's quiet at the resort but if you're looking for something more up beat you can walk over to the hotel pool or water park.

this is the second time we stayed here having stayed in 2022 as well. the condos are beautiful. it is quiet place with its own pool but you also have access to the big pool and all the facilities at the Marriott world resort Orlando except for their own water park which is small but has a nice lazy river. most of the time you would be there with your kids in the summer are blackout dates for the small water park. the hotel does have some slides that are included surrounding the large pool. there's always chairs available and umbrellas at the large pool. we just love this place. Sabal Palms also has free parking. we just love it here.

We would definitely stay there again. The rooms were updated and accommodating for the 8 of us. The pool was
Right outside our window. The staff was responsive and went the extra mile. The location was fabulous. About 10-15 minutes from all The parks. On our off day, there is an amazing water park at the Marriott 2 minutes away, that was perfect to relax from a break in the parks. Would heartily recommend. No hesitations!

We are probably in the minority of guests who really didn't care for the location of Marriott Sabal Palms. It adjoins the property of Marriott World Cdnter. You enter off of World Center Drive, then wind your way through and past loading docks, dumpsters, and parking lots behind World Center. And speed bumps, lots of speed bumps.

This is a timeshare property, and all units are complete 2 BR villas.
Positives- although older, they are well maintained, and very well equipped, including full kitchens and full size washers and dryers. The shower in the primary bedroom is perhaps the nicest I have seen in any timeshare unit anywhere.

Negatives: These are 2 story units with NO ELEVATORS. If you are the least mobility challenged, or have heavy luggage try to get a ground floor unit. There is no staff to help with luggage most times.

Also be aware there are two steps of tile to negotiate from kitchen to LR, and also from MBR to bathroom. Again, if traveling with children or elderly, these could be a safety issue. In that case, book an accessible room.

The " water views " across the golf course are fetid retention ponds-- green and murky from pesticide laden runoff from the golf course. The ponds are not fenced, and being Florida , alligators might at times want to visit. We saw children running along the ponds unsupervised-

Overall, would recommend Sabal Palms for adults primarily. The steps inside the units, steep stairs to upper floor, and open ponds do not make this an ideal place for young children to stay.
