“I had a wonderful shopping experience at The Name of the World Mart in Los Angeles! Ashley was super nice and went above and beyond to help us find everything we needed. On top of that, she gave us a 15% discount, which was such a nice surprise! The store has a great variety of items, from blankets and candles to a huge selection of candy. I highly recommend this place for both the fantastic products and the amazing customer service. I’ll definitely be back!”

NOT a "furniture" store per se!
It says on Google maps that this is a furniture store, but it is more than that! They sell food, treats, drinks, teas, alcohols, some home decor and make up products as well - it's more of a variety/general store.

Great selection of imported goods!
What I love about this place is that they have things you wouldn't find elsewhere and are quite meticulous when it comes to labeling where each item comes from. Overall, I had a great time there!! Highly recommend!!

Parking available!
When it comes to parking, there is paid, secure parking right by the store, but the longer you stay in the store, the more it will cost you.

Any other time of the year I can hang out at a World Market for hours and, during the holidays, having a store pick up option makes a huge difference. Today I needed to check on an item that I was told was out of stock (I had called days ago) and the line to check out just about doubled in the minutes it took for me to go to the stationary area, find the item I wanted and made it back to the front.

Miraculously, Peter was walking by and I asked if I had to wait with everyone else as all registers were busy and I didn't see a Pickup only line. He graciously walked me over to Karen and communicated I'd be next. While I waited my turn he supported Karen by locating my online order, validating my parking, and listened to my situation with finding the item I had "ordered" and fulfilled my request as I deemed fair. This extraordinary service, partnership between team members and customers seems like a unicorn situation these days. I acknowledged them both and left feeling full of the holiday spirit!

I highly recommend becoming a loyalty member, the discounts are especially sweet during this time of year.

I loved this place. I found it by accident, and I am glad I did! I picked up so many goodies for my family. They have food items, sauces, candies, home decor, and alcohol from around the world. It is located at the Farmers Market. I highly recommend, especially if you grew up in Europe.
