It's a VERY small, but very cute, little Vons. There are about 100 people working, all at the same time, so you'll have lots of different employees asking you every 2 seconds and if "You need help finding anything?" Which, I just love, because I'm a big big fan at repeating myself several different times. [I'm praying🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 y'all sense my tone and KNOW, that I'm being as sarcastic as someone could possibly be!] LoL all together, they are just doing WAAAAY too much at this Vons location. But, I have a new baby girl and she's only a few months old and her dad and I are starting a Squishmallows collection for her and I love finding ones I haven't seen yet!

Jose Rodriguez is the man! Great cashier service and so friendly. Made my night with his humor and cheer during a normal shopping chore. Fairly clean and organized Vons, although a bit smaller in volume so a little less product variety is offered. Plenty of parking and a good place for quick in and out grab and go ingredients.

Hugely frustrated and disappointed. I paid with my EBT card and asked for cash back as usual. The cashier didn't pay attention and charged the wrong cards. I cried because I needed the money back for my RX and I am going through cancer. The manager smiled with this cruel indifferent look like it was some joke. My refund isn't coming back.
They didn't care and just smiled like it was some joke. I will never come here again!

living in echo park for 15 years and ever since a manager named nelson came in.. terrible!! absolutely terrible service!! not only has my car gotten stolen on this lot but that man didnt want to help police!! months later, he intimates my family who tries to buy groceries with their ebt cards, forcing them to use money/debit. horrendous management, go elsewhere!!

This was my main grocery store until I went to the deli counter to pick up some food recently. They made the black person in front of me pay before receiving their food. They did make me (a white person) do this and instead handed me my food before paying. The black person kindly noted that they did not make any of the people in front of them pay before receiving their food. My girlfriend (Hispanic) has been required to pay before receiving their food from the deli as well. Completely unacceptable to have different rules for different races of people. Will not shop there again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I've been going to this vons for the past 6 months. I've noticed every time this one particular hispanic security guard is there, she seems to follow me around the store as if im trying to steal something. Since she has been hired here, I have noticed this, and it has become really uncomfortable to shop here any longer. I've never had this issue with the other security guards and understand they periodically make their rounds through the store, but most of the time, they stand at the door. However, as soon as I enter the store, the security guard "Erica" whom the manager on duty said, was her name seems to tail me throughout the store. This past week was the last and final straw and had to tell her to stop following me because I've noticed it too much now and it makes a terrible experience when trying to shop for groceries each week. When I confronted here she said im just "watching" and began to smirk and laugh as if this was a game or funny. At this point I feel like my rights are being violated because it's clear she is profiling because I don't see her follow any other races or ethnicities. I told her i was going to report her because enough is enough and now I don't feel comfortable giving my business here any longer.

Love the employees! But this store never has as good products as the Vons in Hollywood and other nearby areas.

Great place to pick up whatever last minute goods you might need for your family gatherings I wouldn't shop here regularly though as it might get expensive
