First of all, I love TJ cashiers- so friendly, every each of them 🙂
I come every time for flowers, which are reasonably priced, beautiful and fresh🩵 this store location has a good amount of them!

This is unfortunate because I really did enjoy this location. I called a couple days ago to see if there were any available boxes for moving. The employee over the phone was very kind and helpful. However, when I showed up the next day, the attendant who greeted me (I believe their name was Corinne), let me know that I was misinformed and that I should know it’s not a service they offer. They also said I was supposed to be there at 9 AM, which I actually never agreed to, and that the boxes might be gone. When they came back with the boxes, they said “don’t expect this to happen again”. I’m totally fine if it’s not a service TJ’s offers, but as a customer, I did my due diligence to call and confirm. The fact that the employee was not trained on this policy is not on me, and there is no reason why I should’ve been made to feel like I did anything wrong. That left a really bad taste in my mouth, and I hope there is training for employees on both policies and how to treat customers.

Allows non service animals in. Then also lets them sit on counters where groceries go. Team members laughing thinking it’s cute. Do better

Visited this Trader Joe's on the 1st eve. after we arrived in Los Angeles for our vacation. As I've come to expect, the aisles were wide and free of clutter, and there was a good supply of everything we came for. Plenty of parking, too.

I bought some waffle fries from the frozen section and they were all mush. Came back and checked out the freezer and the temps are way too high. I brought it to the manager's attention and she seemed to think that this is acceptable, we'll see if the health department agrees with her.
