Employees are unprofessional and don’t know about their return policies and products. There are not a lot of sizes. If you ask about product specifications they wouldn’t know about them. Their excuse is that they have new employees.

We bought some snow boots today, for some upcoming winter travel. I fell in love with these pink boots! Everyone at the store was very helpful and was practicing social distances, as well as sanitizing work stations. Very nice store

Your staff was so rude, people will grab a shirt and take look before they buy. Girl staff dark hair, fat (skinny one was nice) that girl was so rude. It doesn’t deserve any star. I don’t surprise if this store will close down because of her and seem like she’s boss which was terrible. Hope management seen this and fired her for the sake of the store.
And I bought 2 shirt and ask for 1 more bag cause it’s a gift for 2 person. What with the bag that you cant give extra? Seriously!!

I went to citadel for the first time and I had a great experience. The parking is not so good tho. Very crowded. But the people in the stores are great. I went to buy my boyfriend some work boots, at timberlands, the girl who was helping me, stayed with me till I was satisfied, answered every question, and even tho I ended up not purchasing them their, I ended up ordering them online, she was so terrific and she even suggested I get them online since they didn’t have the exact boot I wanted. Or I should say he wanted. They are kind of pricey for my budget, but they last forever, and they’re the best quality. So it was all good! A+
For the store, and the employees!!
