They’ve technically lost three of my packages. Made no effort when two of my packages went missing, one delivered on the 8th and one on the 9th of September and just told me to see about Amazon with it. Then when I came by another day later in that same month, a UPS, staff gave me one of my missing packages by mistake instead of giving me my recent package delivery that should’ve arrived on September 26. That just showed me that if they would’ve looked for my packages in the first place instead of telling me to go to Amazon, they would’ve found my two missing packages earlier in Sept. I don’t think that their service has been that good, and staff haven’t been that polite to me as someone who deals with social awkwardness even though I have thanked them and have been patient with them losing my packages on different occasions. I would not recommend them for a mailbox if you care about any of your packages going missing or them making any real effort to help you find them in the first place. I was told that I can’t get a refund with the mailbox the day I signed up for one so I will just wait until my mailbox service ends, and I can find somewhere else to send my mail.

We can all agree that not all businesses are perfect, and not all customers who enter that business will be pleased with the service they receive.

I have yet to have a problem or complaint at this business. The employees are respectful and professional.

I have been here a few times to drop off packages and every time I come the staff is super helpful and kind. They work very efficiently and they always answer my questions and provide me with accurate information. I will continue to use this UPS store moving forward - they are great!

The staff are polite and very helpful. The reason why this doesn't 5 stars is due to the fact that there is no parking available for this location and there was a bit of a wait for my drop off which was tough to do with the lack of parking as I was double parked and hoped this would be a quick drop off.

DO NOT ship any of your online purchase here!! I bought a very expensive monitor and chose this UPS store as the pick up location. However, the tracking told me the package was delivered but when I went to the store they told me they never received it. I even went around the apartment building and tried searching their package room and couldn't find anything. Filed a claim with UPS twice, and they just closed the investigation with proof of delivery. 3 weeks later and many claims open, I still haven't found my package.
