Our house had water leak damage in the ceiling of the main floor bathroom right below the upstairs bathroom. I considered numerous explanations that were all possible but no evidence of where to start. I called SERVPRO and Nate came out to investigate. He had instrumentation to test for moisture and a keen eye of experience. He was able to trouble shoot the issue and make recommendation for repair. It would require coordination of a plumber and sheetrock/painter. By the end of the day everything was set up and confirmed back to me. They were very professional and left me calm and confident in the repair. I will not hesitate to call them again if needed.

We had a water leak in a pipe on the top floor of our house that ran to the basement and got under the flooring. I filed an insurance claim and same day, ServPro came out. It's one week later and all of the demo and drying out process is complete. Couldn't be happier with the work the entire ServPro team did! Huge thanks to Hunter, Chase and Jamie for their professionalism and promptness.

I was told basement carpet and trim after dry out would take 2-3 days. Ended up taking 3 months. Very poor communication. One subcontractor created more damage and they put the repairs needed to fix what they did on final bill. (new subcontractor who came the day after the two who did this pointed out the damage they did to me to ensure he wouldn't get blamed) My original review on Google got a reply within a day stating they would look into my file and contact me personally the next day. This was weeks ago, and I haven't heard a thing. I never give bad reviews, but this is one company I would stay far, far away from. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Our toilet on 2nd floor had a slow leak that we got fixed July 9th. I couldn't believe the bill for cutting out a small area of our kitchen ceiling out, spraying it and using dehumidifier and etc..Got a charge for "Emergency " call which it wasn't, I never said it was an Emergency call nor did they. Problem of damaged ceiling was like that for months we could have waited. Update: got a call from Servpro and they made it right. It was great having someone to talk to and understand the situation. I would recommend them.

Cyndie, Matt & the entire team of ServPro in Wright Country, MN are the best!! Thank you Matt for the quick response & getting us scheduled in a timely manor. We had a customers head system in his yacht break open & Cyndie did an incredible job cleaning out the entire cabin of his boat. This is the second time we have used ServPro’s assistance cleaning out customers boats when the head systems have failed. They are motivated to please customers & do an incredible job! I will always recommend ServPro of Wright County & look forward to working with them again!
