7th metroの駅周辺の宿泊者はまずここで水とかお菓子とかデリとか買いだめた方がよい。ここが一番周辺ではお安いです。ホールフーズの商品も大好きなので、買いたいものによって併用すべき。

I love that Ralph’s focuses closely on food waste. The individual bags of various produce are a treat for one dollar. LA County does as great job in trying to combat food waste.

Found Krispy Kream donuts here which was a pleasant surprise because we no longer have them on the East Coast. This was a great little grocery store. They also sell alcohol which definitely was an added bonus. They were also very nice and gave great customer service.

Nicholas advised me that service dogs are only for the blind or death. When I informed him of my need. He denied me my ADA right. He said he didn’t believe me. I have lived downtown for 8 years and always go to this Ralph’s with no issues. I will be escalating this. SA are not for just the death and blind

I’ve been coming here to do shops for the events I work nearby for years and this was my first negative experience with the staff.
While checking out the cashier made me bag my own groceries because he was too focused on joking with his coworkers about football and the Raiders.
When I made a comment about how I’m not used to bagging my own groceries at Ralph’s he shrugged it off and said “that’s how it is now”
You’d think with the prices they’re charging they’d have better customer service but I guess not.

1st time here, and possibly the last!
I had come in to inquire about certain products that were locked up.
There were 4 (Yes, that's FOUR) women standing around chatting at the service desk, and 1 of them told me I had to tell my cashier what I wanted out of the locked products.
So I waited patiently in line, and there was no one behind me. I was noticing the the same 4 women talking at customer service for over 10 minutes now! It was finally my turn, and I said to my cashier, "So you guys have to hold up your lines, go get a key, and get the locked items for customers, while 4 colleagues just stand there talking away? Where's your manager?" I said, with total disgust. I think my casher's name was Gordon? I told him I wanted to go and complain to the managers, but then I found out that 2 of them were part of that group!
So by this point, there were so many customers behind me, and my cashier had to go to c/service to get the keys. (They were still talking and laughing away wit each other)
This cashier was 1 of the friendliest cashiers I've ever had-that's the ONLY reason why this store got a 2 star rating!!!
Being in customer service myself, I was absolutely appalled at how unwilling these ladies were to help a customer! I'll probably only return if these women either get trained on customer service, get let go, or if Gordon becomes the manager!!! It's honestly cashiers like him, that make customers come back! (Customer service is EVERYTHING!!!!)
If I can get the names of these "customer service managers", I'll be contacting head office, regarding how ridiculous my experience was!!! They give Ralph's a bad name!!!
Gordon made up for his colleagues' awful service, by going above and beyond to help me out! It was greatly appreciated!

WORST RALPHS EVER!!! FIX YOIR HOURS & CLOSE WHEN YOU HAVE ADVERTISED! This is the second occurrence in which the store has closed early. I purposely checked the store hours which were updated 2 weeks ago and said 2 am. However, a couple months ago I came to the store at 1 am (after work) and they were already closed despite this 2 am closing time. This time, I arrived at 12:40 am (after work) and the doors were already locked with people outside trying to get in. The reasoning behind this which the manager sent the security guard to explain was that their lines were long? At least 15 people approached the door within my 15 minutes there. I ended up wasting $20 on Uber fees and left feeling defeated and like my time was wasted yet again! Ralphs this is RIDICULOUS, I continuously am wasting my money to be turned around!
