This place was great! The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, they made me a sandwich at 6:30am although the deli opens at 7am, making the shopping experience quick and easy. Definitely one of the better grocery stores around!

It’s 2025 and feminine products are still being locked up, I came here at 5 am right when it opened to get what I needed. Unfortunately I was told by three employees that I would have to wait until 7 AM, two hours, just for them to be able to open up the area that has the feminine products locked up, ridiculous. I could buy anything else in the store but I can’t buy myself the one product I woke up early for because I truly need it. How is this ok? What a power trip to not dare to flick there wrists to unlock the door and allow me to buy the feminine products I need. Is it really that hard to treat us like humans…

Selection of items is good, but they recently locked up like all cosmetic/toiletry items in a random section so its a hassle to just get some toothpaste. Also the line gets so bad late night when they close/limit the self-checkout. Lastly be very careful driving around in the parking lot as its often crowded and speed bumps are high. Also saw 3 accidents in 3 years.

The store is great, with a wide collection and convenience. Lots of fresh meats and seafood counters as well as cakes. It’s just more expensive than the usual Kroger’s stores though and often quite crowded.

I shop here regularly it's one of my regular stores. Overall I think it's a good store. Good hours, It's kept clean, it's full featured and full service, it's even one of the locations that has a Starbucks inside, etc. It is however one of the many retail stores nowadays that have certain sections locked up; Either the product is behind plexiglass and you have to ask someone to unlock it for you or - as I discovered this morning - entire aisles are locked off. So this morning I was on my way to do laundry and I needed to stop off and get detergent and I was very happy that this Ralph's opens as early as it does and when I got there they said to me with a straight face

"Well the store is open but the laundry aisle doesn't open until 7 AM."

The problem is that none of their listings say that. This Google listing doesn't say that doesn't say that on the website there's just no way a customer would know this. At which point IMO you can't enforce it. They acted like I was gonna leave without some laundry detergent in my hand and I was not because that's what I came there for. There was no way that I as a customer would have known that this entire aisle was unavailable until two hours after store opening.

So a young man named Carlos went and opened it for me and he kinda acted like he was doing me this grand favor and he'd open it "this one time". Well I'm not stupid now that I know that it doesn't open until 7 AM I won't be there at 5 AM trying to get laundry detergent. The point of the story is I did not know that. So of course I ignored this unnecessary admonition. And he was explaining that bad people come and steal and drive up the prices for all of us... SIR - There is no way I would have known that this section opens two hours after store opening because it is not listed anywhere. I'm standing here with money in my hand right now do you want this or not because I need this laundry detergent.

All is well that ends well I got it and I did my laundry but if stores are gonna have weird picadillos like this they should put it on all of their listings: website, social, Google, etc. so that their customers know and can plan accordingly.

A very good Ralphs location. Fresh produce, everything is organized and the store is maintained well. The workers are friendly too. I however wish that they'll open more lines to make the checkout process faster.

I came to this store today and they only had one person attending the Starbucks area !! His name is CHRIS so many pol waiting in line for 40 minutes to have there drink ready !! This is ridiculous YOU GUYS NEED to have more ppl working here customers were also complaining about the waiting !!! Whoever the store manager is from this location get it together!! Ppl shouldn’t be having to wait more than 40 minutes for a drink !!!!!
Then the girl comes her name is Katherine I feel so bad for her it looks she knew exactly what to do ! Sorry you had to experience rude customers when it’s not even your fault either !! And I always come
Here so it’s always like this !!! Always having a huge line !!!! Hire more ppl for the Starbucks area !!!!

I don't suggest this store for a number of reasons, the first being safety. On the occasions I've been there, I've been verbally assaulted and had my car's catalytic converter stolen. This store also has an issue with aggressive patrons both inside the store and outside the parking lot.
There are always long checkout lineups.
Even though the store was packed, I waited in line for more than twenty minutes with just a few cashiers open. When I asked a straightforward question, the checker was impolite and appeared irritated.
Additionally, the store is disgusting; the carts were filthy, the floors were sticky, and there was an overpowering, disagreeable smell.
Additionally, they frequently run out of basic things, which makes it difficult to finish a shopping list.
