Mattresses are hard. They cause so much pressure that all joints and areas on my body go numb and hurt (heels, hips, elbows, hips, etc). The air is so rancid with cigarettes that my nose is on fire and my eyes keep watering. I pay much have to force myself to breathe as my body keeps trying to not breathe. Staff is good. Food is good. Just awful!! I have to keep looking at our daughter to make sure she’s still breathing. I don’t even want to lay down. I just want out of here. Our friends have been here before and they had exact same experiences with the mattress issue. If you use tobacco you probably won’t mind the air.

Checked in on 1-3-25. My only mistake was not reading the reviews prior to booking through Wyndham with some of my points. The room my husband and I had was not cleaned. The waste baskets unemptied, mold in the shower, wads of hair behind bathroom door, spit(yes spit) dried on bathroom door and no coffee. Also, no mini fridge or microwave. At 1:30am I heard toddlers in the next room.They had unlocked the adjoining door to our room and were pounding on our door. There was trash piled up in front of other rooms which makes me wonder if people aren't actually living on the 3rd floor. If it weren't for my husband being very ill I would have complained at 1:30am and asked to be moved. Prior that day I had driven to Lake Mead to get my sick husband from our house boat which is slipped there and I am not a fan of night driving so I figured now would be a great time to use my Wyndham Rewards. Closest place was Railroad Pass. Also note, they apply a $100.00 hold on your credit card with no notice. I've filed a complaint both with Wyndham and with Railroad Pass to no avail. In fact, Railroad Pass has blamed me for not informing them at 1:30am and waking my sick husband of 38 years, he is 66 and had RSV. I rarely leave bad reviews but this place is a dump. You've been warned. Please note: I didn't want my money back but I sure would have at least gotten my Wyndham points back. Instead, the blame of such unacceptable filth was put back on me. Thanks for reading. I will never stay here again and am done with Wyndham as well.

Desafortunadamente fue la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel. La parte del casino tiene un olor penetrante a tabaco que en verdad llega a marear y ser muy desagradable. El restaurante que está abierto está descuidado, menús rotos, mesas viejas, luces viejas, ambiente viejo. La comida es mucho mejor de la imagen que tiene el restaurante, por eso califico con un 2 mi experiencia general. Los elevadores están viejos y son peligrosos, hacen ruido y brincan. La habitación, aunque de buen tamaño para lo que es, no nos dieron servicio de limpieza, ni cambio de toallas ni nada. Lo peor de mi estadía en el hotel fue que en la madrugada salen otros huéspedes al pasillo a fumar y a hablar. Tanto el olor como el volumen de las voces me despertaron dos noches y no se puede hacer nada. No regreso ni lo recomiendo.

Never stayed at the hotel... Just went to the casino and one of the restaurants inside. Lots of slots. They have a coinstar machine in the casino so you can cash in your change. Very convenient. The breakfast was great!!

WARNING: Don't let them rip you off $100 hidden service hold fee!! The room was subpar at best. They need a real maintenance team who knows how to do quality repairs - not slap white paint over stains/ splatters & mildew spots! Very disappointed in the hotel staff being so rude & lying about their charges on your card! They don't show online nor tell you in person that there's a $100 "hidden service fee." We simply tried to ask for a receipt to show proof of them charging $140 for the room plus $100 service hold fee. Why don't they tell you about this & why don't they give a receipt for this?!?! This isn't legal to charge for this without our knowledge & then "REFUSING TO PRINT US RECEIPTS FOR SAID CHARGES!" For $240 a night, we'd expect 5 star quality rooms & filled with all amenities like a fridge & microwave - which this place did NOT provide & the rooms stink of cigarettes from the casino & the rooms are peeling & falling apart! This was our first & last time we'll ever stay here!

Honestly, it's a really nice place. Staff are super kind, too. The only problem I had was with the security that drives around the parking lot. They told me I'm not allowed to park here anymore while doing nothing about the countless homeless people soliciting me to drive them places, even after asking them for help. The reason I was staying here was to wait till I got paid so I could get work done to my car, but now I have to drive in an unsafe car. I tried telling the security guard, but he didn't care. He just said I had to leave with no explanation. I would have definitely come back before this, but not any more.
