I only come here because they have fish, but the selection is sad. The tanks need cleaning. And every time I have come in there is never any one that knows about fish products. The one person that is on staff and knows about pumps talk me into getting one pump and it was know good . So went to pet smart where I paid a little more for pump. But at least it works.

Minerva and I just moved from across the country and have been trying to find a groomer that we both trusted. And I can finally safely say that I think we found the one! Tatiana did such a beautiful job with my baby Minerva! She listened to everything I asked for and also gave me aftercare suggestions when it came to making sure her fur doesn't get matted. She is so knowledgable when it comes to grooming and really puts in the time and care for your fur baby. She is also so patient and really takes the time to talk to you about what the best approach to maintaining a beautiful coat is! I feel so lucky to have her as Minerva's groomer because being able to find a groomer that you trust these days is really hard!

This review is about Stephanie only - don't make an appointment (grooming) with her, I put my dog ​​with her, she said it would take her about 3-4 hours, an hour and a half later I get a call that the dog is ready to be picked up, I picked him up exactly the way I put him in, not even a drop of water touched him. She did nothing, and for that I paid $80, I tried to contact Petco, but was unsuccessful and there was no response

Just a cautionary tale for those who buy Blue Wilderness dry food. This particular Petco keeps the dog and cat food in the SAME aisle, right across from each other.

Maybe it’s just me but I’ve never been to a Petco that keeps the dog or cat food remotely next to each other. I realized after a month I was feeding my cats dog food, as I hadn’t fully inspected the bag when I went to refill their feeders.

At a glance, both the dog and cat dry food bags have a furry animal on them, so I wasn’t fully paying attention when I picked up the bag with the wolf on it, rather than the snow leopard or whatever type of feline is on the cat food packaging.

I’m sure this is mostly user error a.k.a. my fault, but make sure to double check the Blue Wilderness bag before buying.

Do not take your take your dog here for grooming services if they have any type of special needs. They make you feel out a form asking if your dog has any types of conditions , once you disclose that they automatically cancel your apt and lie stating they can’t do the job for numerous of reasons . Had my dog since he was born and he has NEVER did anything that was disclosed to me . I dropped my dog off and not even a minute of driving out of the building they called and stated they needed to cancel or I needed to upgrade to a VIP service which was more than what I was getting . I won’t disclose what they stated he was doing but honestly that’s neither here nor their . Won’t be coming back . Found a mobile grooming service that was 10000 times better .

DO NOT BOOK WITH TATIANNA GROOMING. I’m not sure how she got a good review- but she kept my dog for 5 long hours, and I got him back with his butt bleeding! On top of that i was late for work and expressed my concern which she gave me a rude attitude about it as if it was my fault. Appointment booked at 1pm- and it’s 5:20pm! What are you doing with my dog? And why is his butt roughed up and bleeding? Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL- I made a complaint about her and hope she gets fired. Rude incompetent and i had to spend more money to take my poor baby to the vet. When I called her to get answers on why his butt was bleeding, she hang up the phone and she put a note on my account that I had cursed at her and to ban me- ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!! Incompetent and childish at its finest. Meanwhile I’ve always been a Loyal customer and absolutely never had an issue with anyone else ever. and FYI- she groomed my dog in the back so that no one could see…. I find that weird, because no one else did that and another FYI my dog is the easiest sweetest to groom. Not a difficult dog at all. I used to have Jessica as a groomer and she was the absolute best! I tried a couple other people and no issues and I’ve always been generous with my tips! Not sure why totiana behaved this way!

Tatiana did such a great job with my Goldendoodle! I can’t say enough good things about Tatiana at Petco LaBrea. I was blown away by the care and expertise she showed. She was so patient and caring with my puppy. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and also gave me helpful tips for at-home care. My puppy walked out happy, wagging his tail, and looking like a little teddy bear! I highly recommend Tatiana to anyone looking for a talented groomer. We’ll definitely be back!
