AnnMarie at Mullaney was so helpful. I sent her a picture of my old controller/timer. She called me back after hours to explain the new wiring changes and how to put them on the timer. I was lucky and did not have to install the timer/controller. These people are very customer orientated. They were very helpfullul.

They were helpful and knowledgeable in diagnosing the issue (with provided pictures and videos) and I was able to order the part and install without having to contact a plumber.
