Wrost experience in 31st dec 2024. They dnt provide service after 10 pm. I asked for milk for my kid 9.30 because kid was hungry and crying. They didn't give 10.45. There is manager name of mr natwar. He told me 31st party is going and we will service to kid. I shouted them that night. Wrost staff. They believe in earning. Not for customer satisfaction. They can't give facilities to kid. Very strict rules. Games is chargable. Tv is not working. House keeping come after many calls.

Well maintained resort. Clean swimming pool and public areas. Lockers in the rooms were not having batteries. Had to call and get it fixed. Intercom phone in the room was not working. No information on Wifi in the room.

* We planned a dayout get-together with friends and their spouses. We will not recommend it to any of our friends. The resort management is not professional. We were stopped at the gate for register entry even after showing the booking details. Staff is not properly trained, they don't guide us for proper car parking. The security staff disturb again and again for changing the parking place. Food quality was not value for money. The taste was missing in all the items served. We were given only breakfast and lunch coupons. The restaurant staff stopped us from taking hi tea in the evening even after showing the booking details. Security guard stopped us for 5 minutes during exit, he allowed us after clearance confirmation from resort office.
Over all not recommend for day out event. Not worth for the amount spent.

Resort is good but lot of room for improvement. The rooms & toilets needs renovation. The locks on main door & individual rooms need replacement

I love the place specially the food & ambience was outstanding ya some were there was lack in hospitality's side due to Diwali vacation but still the staff try to cover & full fill the needs of guest we had around 10 rooms , food taste was outstanding, rooms were clean with all check point & parameters .. I would recommend my friends & family yo visit la Casa and feel the experience

Recently i gone to la casa and it was not good because of some reasons like TV was not working and especially the food.Food was on low quality and there was one rule of deposit of 500₹ and exchange of 500₹ we gets board game or outdoor games so my relatives and me wants to play cricket so we gets the ball and bat exchange of 500₹ and the ball and bat was in very bad conditions and by mistake we lost the ball so staff says that pay 100₹ for that.my point of view was, are you seriousshame on staff.broo it was just 10₹ worth if staff gives a new ball of center court so we understand that it was a new ball and we lost and in game zone it gives snacks and guess that one can of cold drink will worth how much? You will guess maximum 40 ₹ and the worth was 100₹ and staff was not punctual because of the swimming pool starts at 10:00 so it was clean on around 11:30 by the way thankyou

Stay, food, recreation and pool all are good.
Only issue is with rooms. Every room in a villa has a card lock and and all the cards don't have room numbers.. We had tough time as the cards got mixed up. Place is still worth visiting. Nice staff nice Hospitality as well.

Recently we visited la casa but we were very disappointed by Service we literally changed our room trice for our comfort but yet it wasn't up to mark

Food is good but limited variety
no wifi connection in rooms
No management
