Miss Destiny was very sweet and understanding of our situation, and made us feel welcome. Very easy to talk to!! She definitely made an amazing first impression. The room is clean, was easy to find, water pressure was good, only thing was the shower took a while to warm up, but we're also on the 5th floor so not sure if that mattered. My husband are here for a doctors appointment, which is just down the street. We will absolutely be staying here again!

This hotel was great! Walking distance to many bars, shops, and restaurants. The beds were so comfortable and we slept great. The air conditioning ran well and the room was so spacious. The cleaning staff came in each day to make our bed, take trash, and give us new towels. They were in and out before we even got back from lunch. The breakfast was also phenomenal! So many options and they changed slightly each day. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had.

The staff at the Hyatt were FANTASTIC! Very accommodating and friendly! Danielle at the front desk was amazing. The food was great, rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The price was good too! I would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay, and Danielle was awesome! She made check-in super easy, which was a relief after a long drive. Plus, she gave us some great recommendations for things to do nearby. Her friendly help made our trip that much better. Thanks, Danielle! Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I stayed at this location while visiting family on December 13th- 15th. Unfortunately, while checking out I rushed out to meet with my husband and forgot 3 articles of clothing, my winter jacket and his Eddie Bauer sweater and pants. We realized we forgot them the same day and called the front desk that evening, but the front desk woman had stated that housekeeping doesn’t turn in forgotten items into Lost and Found until the next day after 9 AM. (I’ve never heard of this policy from any other Hotel, since we have forgotten items at different hotels before and they have always been found right away even minutes after checking out.) I did call the next day after 9 AM and spoke to Danielle, who was very helpful and did called back stating that our clothing items were not found. I Explained to her that we were 100% positive that My jacket was left in the closet and his clothes were folded on the couch. Unfortunately, the only thing we could think of is that they were stolen. We are loyal hyatt globalist members, and are extremely disappointed in this location and will be hesitant staying here in the future . We will be visiting our family this weekend but are booking with Hilton instead.

This is a modern, highly functional downtown Colorado Springs hotel. It has two amazing front desk employees, Lindsay and Zoe, who go above and beyond in meeting guest needs. If you need a hotel with frequent access to your car, the 24 hour valet couldn't be more convenient.

Loved this place! Details matter & the little things like real glasses, coffee cups, and a couple free coffees come with the room. It's uncommon to find these little touches, and it's so nice to enjoy a nightcap from a rocks glass & morning coffee from a nice mug.
All the furniture was comfy & mostly clean. Bed was great & lots of pillows. Bathroom had everything I needed, great shower (although hot water takes a while - standard in many larger hotels at slower times), useful vanity. Generous TV on an articulating swivel mount with managed cables - a nice touch. Minifridge, but no microwave. Good enough weight room and pool.
All the staff there were awesome. Decent selection for a free breakfast, but it was the worst food I had while in town & it wasn't close. It had some stiff competition though as I was eating at a lot of the nearby restaurants. I haven't spent much time in the Springs lately, but the downtown food scene is on point. So much good noms a short walk away (go try the Skirted Heifer & Bambinos - trust me).
Parking is a little lofty. It's 30 bucks per night & valet only. That said, I came & went a few times & it was nice to be able to call down and have your ride waiting for you. And knowing they're looking after it in a dynamic downtown area is kinda nice.
Looking forward to the next one. Thanks y'all!

I loved the view from the 7th floor and was so glad i picked it. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Staff was all very courteous. Hotel was quiet. Close to several amazing restaurants in the area. Breakfast was just ok, everything was kind of empty for choices.
