This past weekend at Hotel Vin was absolutely magical as my other half asked me to marry him! I originally thought his little surprise for me was an overnight stay and a fancy dinner at Bacchus to celebrate our six year anniversary, but boy was I in for so much more than that! I am so grateful for Hotel Vin and their wonderful staff for working with my fiance to make this moment so special and unforgettable for us. The proposal all happened on the rooftop with the most beautiful sunset view. This place will be a part of our memories forever - as we think of it, drive past it, and/or book another stay in the future. Nevertheless, the rooms are sleek and elegant. Plus the food and service at Bacchus was incredible! From check-in to check-out I felt like the biggest princess bride-to-be in the world!

From the moment I checked in at the front desk Nathan made me feel happy with his big smile a d enthusiasm. He Acknowledged my celebration and made me feel very special. You can tell he loves his job. He’s very good at it and he makes you feel good. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel. I have stayed here before, it never disappoints, I will be back!

This hotel was really busy and vibrant. It was GrapeFest weekend. It felt alive in a really good way. |The room was excellent. Great shower. The bed, pillows and bed linen were superb. |Staff out checkout were very helpful. |I would recommend this hotel if you’re in town. |Oh and they do a great Aperol Spritz!

Stayed 12/13/2024. It’s obvious the management oversight is lacking. How many times did i walk up to employees texting and having personal conversations at work and look at me, the customer, like … uh, can I help you? Ate at their restaurant twice- overall, I will not be returning. It’s just sad to see the overall service industry’s decline and this experience was no different. The Christmas nickel and dimming for families is over the top. When you spend extra money you expect extra service and care. This place did not deliver. Fillet was cold, messed up pizza order 3 times with no apology or offer- sure, if you want to dress up, take photos, enjoy overpriced drinks, this may be a holiday spot for you. I won’t be returning and suggest management actually set the bar higher for prime season and hold staff accountable to a quality of excellence. This is an autograph from a 3rd stringer at best.

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful hotel and was greeted with such a warm welcome by Mr. Krishnamoorthy, the Hotel Manager. Our reservation was made incorrectly and he went out of his way to ensure our time was better than we expected and full of such amazing memories! We will absolutely be back thanks to him going above and beyond and are so grateful we were able to experience Hotel Vin!

This hotel is ever evolving for the seasons and events in the area.

I recently stayed at Hotel Vin, and I was deeply disappointed by my experience with the staff. Unfortunately, I encountered behavior that I found to be racially insensitive and unprofessional.

During my stay, I noticed that certain guests were treated with much more courtesy and respect than others. Specific comments made by the staff felt inappropriate and left me uncomfortable. It was disheartening to see such a lack of awareness and inclusivity in an establishment that should promote hospitality.

I believe that every guest deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, regardless of their background. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements better training for their staff to ensure a welcoming environment for everyone.

The front desk employees were gems. Grace and Sarah were so kind and helpful. We traveled with our 10 and 6 year old. They gave them long horn stuffies and took them for a little tour of the speak easy they were dying and asking to see. The food, drink and walkability is right up there with the incredible service. Thank you Grace and Sarah for being the highlight of our day.
