Premetto che dovevamo alloggiare a San Francisco, ma a causa di un concerto tutti gli alloggi erano pieni, cosi ci siamo diretti zona aeroporto sapendo che era una zona tranquilla e con vari hotel. L'albergo è standard per la catena, stanze pulite con bagno, colazione, parcheggio coperto. Si trova appunto in zona aeroporto e a cica 30-40 minuti di auto dal centro di San Francisco.Nonostante la distanza dalla città è andata bene in quanto a pari prezzo avremmo dormito in san Francisco in strutture decisamente inferiori.

Esperienza positiva, già con Rolando il recptionista si è reso disponibile ad ascoltarci e con garbo e professionalità ci ha consigliati al meglio, per il nostro soggiorno al ritorno di Las Vegas. Camera ottima spaziosa funzionale, posizione eccellente per deve prendere l'aereo. Sicuramente tutto il personale del Ramada è ok, ma devo fare un elogio personale a Rolando su come ha gestito il mio telefono dimenticato in hotel, dopo 8 giorni di permanenza al Ramada, adesso il mio telefono si trova ancora in giro per San Francisco con dei miei amici in luna di miele, rientrerà in Italia tra 10 giorni.||Grazie Rolando

Ottima camera, colazione buona, ma il microonde era sporco e il pane è finito subito. Comodissimo per riportare l'auto affittata all'aeroporto.

It's an older place with decent remodeled rooms. Convenient location near the airport with the expected noise. We slept okay but light sleepers might have issues as the noise proofing doesn't really exist like newer hotels have near airports. Place appeared clean, the counter service was minimal as expected for the price. We were only looking for a clean place to sleep after a late arrival and would book again if we were again looking for a nights sleep with no amenities. Great local coffee and dining shop within a 3 minutes walk and an IHOP for those with young kids.

Upon arriving at the Hotel Alusor SFO.  I approached the front desk staff to request an early check-in. Understanding that there might be additional fees associated with this request, I expressed my willingness to pay for the convenience since I needed access to my room as soon as possible. However, the response from the staff was less than satisfactory. They informed me that I would have to wait 2 to 3 hours for a room and could not guarantee availability because other guests had not yet checked out.

What compounded my frustration was the absence of proactive communication from the front desk staff. Instead of offering to keep me updated on the status of room availability, they simply pointed towards a couch and instructed me to sit down. This felt dismissive and unwelcoming, especially considering that I was willing to pay for an early check-in.

As I waited in the lobby, I observed multiple guests checking out during my time there. It became increasingly disheartening that no one from the staff reached out to inform me about any changes or updates regarding my situation. It felt as though they were deliberately avoiding interaction, possibly retreating to their back office rather than engaging with waiting customers.

After two hours without any form of communication or update from the staff, I made the decision to leave. This experience has left me disappointed not only in the service provided but also in how guests are treated when they seek assistance. Effective communication is crucial in customer service, and unfortunately, this establishment fell short in that regard.

In summary, my experience highlighted significant deficiencies in customer service related to communication and responsiveness. For future guests considering this hotel, it may be wise to take these factors into account before making a reservation

Attempted to stay. Was waiting at SFO for the Alucor shuttle. Desk said 4:25pm , 45 minutes later shuttle showed up. At this point we had witnessed multiple trips by other Hotels shuttles. We decided to bail, worried about the early morning shuttle we would have to take back to SFO. So we cancelled and took the next shuttle that came in. Well worth the 6$ cancel fee. The problem is the Aluxor shuttle services 4 hotels. The more expensive hotels their shuttles only serve 2.
This gives them a much faster turnaround. Marriott waterfront isn’t cheap, but it’s on the same side of the hwy as the airport. This speeds up your turnaround. The Hampton is right across the street. So this isn’t about the Hotel just the Hotel’s shuttle service.

I booked my room through a third party, and during my overseas trip, my credit card was compromised. While I was flying to San Francisco, I received an email saying my card was invalid since I had canceled it. Thankfully, my partner was able to contact the front desk and update the payment details. I really appreciated the excellent customer service.

The hotel is a great option for a quick overnight stay. Despite being just minutes from the airport, I didn’t hear any noise. It’s located at the corner of busy streets with ground, 1st, and 2nd floors. I stayed on the 1st floor, and my room was quiet.

The price seems reasonable for this city, and there are restaurants within a short walk—Wendy’s is just across the street. They also offer an excellent airport courtesy shuttle.

I stayed at Aluxor SFO for two nights on a family excursion. These seating areas were lovely. Our rooms were clean for the most. Only thing was the hard floors felt a bit sticky as I can hear the tread of my shoes peeling away from the floor with each step.

Our bay window had a nice view, unfortunately I couldn’t capture a good picture of it.
Sadly, there was not much of a selection in the sundries store in the office. Plus the refrigerators were busted as the beverages in there were at room temperature. Additionally, the soft drink vending machine had absolutely no beverages in it. Other than those things, I enjoyed my stay here.
