We have been vacationing at the Holiday Inn Express Dunedin for more years that I can remember. Our experience has been consistently delightful. We initially selected the hotel for the location and quick walk to restaurants, trails and other amenities. We keep returning for the quality of the service and our experiences with the consistently excellent staff. We look forward to our annual visit with Walter, Devon, Eric, Danny, Kate, Penny and Leslie.

This hotel is run by a great staff. Leslie and the other woman at breakfast ( her name slips my mind unfortunately) were excellent and made our mornings complete by going out of their way to make sure we were full from the delicious varieties of food. Check in and check out was a breeze and our room was comfortably and spotless. My only complaint is I didn’t book a longer stay because the location was perfect for strolls around the lovely town and marina.

Honestly was not expecting much here, but the staff and service were great. Especially, Sarah, who was super accommodating and friendly.

Location is great too, with plenty of breweries and restaurants around.

Also surprising was the breakfast, which had loads of options.

Only warning is that some rooms directly face some bars that have love music until 10pm.

The best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The complimentary breakfast and the staff making the breakfast were so kind. The pool and hot tub were clean and set at a great temperature. Huge shoutout to Dani at the front desk for being so accommodating at all hours of the day, your kindness will be remembered!

I don’t live in the area, but my niece and I were cleaning out our housein Dunedin from the hurricane so we stayed at this holiday inn express and couldn’t have been more pleased. The front desk staff were congenial helpful so so sweet. The outstanding breakfast served by Penny, and Leslee could not have been more like being in your own kitchen. I wish I could’ve brought them both home with me. They catered to us like we Were their family. They made everyone smile and they were so helpful. They helped make this stay a sheer delight❤️❤️

Master Armedforces

If you enjoy getting startled by slamming door sounds, youve found your hotel! Thins walls and windows allow you to hear everything from the parking lot/pool, and your neighboring rooms guests talking on their cell phones and urine hitting the toilet water. VERY noisy hallway noises entering your room all day/night. The "fitness center' is a closet with 2 treadmills & an elliptical....smh. And the rates? Oh my...exorbitant..

Everything about my stay was great: the room, the breakfast, the location, etc. But what made my 2-week stay beyond excellent was the hotel staff. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating it made all the difference. From front desk, to housekeeping and kitchen, everyone excels at what they do. Their breakfast was one of the most delicious I've ever had in a hotel and good coffee was always available for guests. Special shout out to Leslee, who always greeted me during breakfast to make sure I was eating right, pacing myself with work, and getting enough rest. What a sweet woman you are! Thank you for everything. And to my housekeeping lady, Maria, gracias por todo! All the best for one of the best teams out there.

The staff was so accomodating! Eric at the front desk was attentive, supportive and kind! We were running from hurricane Helene and lucked into the last room at this hotel . I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The breakfast was wonderful!
