Cleanliness was a 4 stars, the service was 3. The location was superb but they gave us a room closer to the elevator. The elevator is too slow and you have to wait long time to arrive. The room doesn’t have enough illumination, it has a few lamps but some of them need a bulb replacement. I contacted the front desk but they had me waiting for over 1/2 hr and they just hang up. The shower door will refuse to close so all the water was splashing out of the shower. The bed was the worst part of this trip, I couldn’t sleep the whole night, so uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it. The two pillows they give you are so cheap and without any support will make the sleep worse than ever. We had the worst view of all as well. Sorry I couldn’t find something positive.

Went for new years eve dinner. Very enjoyable and relaxed, the feeling of europe! With an amazing view of waterfront and fireworks.Staff were so pleasant and friendly. Even short staffed, they did whatever they could to make it happen. Would definitely return!

The worse experience dealing with Hilton.
1. I first booked with a 3rd party website like I usually do for 3 separate rooms for an weekend. The Hilton sold one of my rooms. That led to the next problem of finding another hotel.
2. After 4 hours on the phone trying to find another room, I called Hilton directly and had to book another 3 rooms in another Hilton in another state since they sold one of my first sets of room.
3. After getting all that resolved. The supervisor checked us in and did not mention that it will be 25.00 a DAY to park.
4. The supervisor did not mention that there is a hold of 50.00 a DAY PER ROOM being help on a major credit card.
5. No hot water. My shower was just a little warm and the mattress were very uncomfortable.
6. But the BIGGEST ISSUE was that same supervisor charged my credit card for a total of 4 rooms instead of 3 rooms. I called my bank immediately and of course the supervisor was saying my card was declined for 1 of the 4 charges. The supervisor was speaking with my bank at the same time I was showing on my bank app the charges that went through for 4 rooms instead of 3 rooms.

NEVER AGAIN HILTON. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The hotel had great views of the bridge and river. When I checked in the room that I had picked ahead of time on the app as I am a Hilton Silver member for some reason I was not given and just told it was not available which now explains why I never got my digital key sent to me so we could go right to our room. I'm not sure if I was moved because there was a wedding going on that night and the place was sold out but it was on the top floor and we ended up being moved one floor down. The room itself was on the smaller side but the bathroom (other then the door and walls which had some kind of stains on them kind of gross) was very clean, the counter top, the toilet and the shower especially was spotless. The microwave also looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile there was some stuff splattered on the inside. The bed had a zipper mattress protector so it was fully encased which is great. All hotels should do this. The bed was decent. The hotel was very quiet at night, I did not hear hallway noise or doors slamming so that was good. We did pay over $300 for one night with the parking fee which I thought was a bit pricey for the room and you don't get any breakfast included so that's something to think about before booking. I think the price of the room did not match the quality of the room.

I enjoyed my stay here. I stayed here for a trip to Philly, which is right across the bridge. the bathrooms were clean and worked well. There were no mice nor any bugs. The room and sheets were clean. There was a small stain on the sheer curtains however, however this didn't bother me too much as overall the room, table and desk were clean. Also one of the outlets behind the microwave was not working (microwave was not plugged in, I had to find a plug that worked for the microwave, because one of them were not working). Everything was pretty good though! I would totally come back and I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced Hilton, that is clean in Philly. By uber, Philly is no more than 15 minutes from this hotel.

The only negative is that there is NO FREE BREAKFAST. They did have an onsite restaurant, but I did not eat there. There are also some restraunts in the nearby area, so if you are looking for food, you can check out the surrounding area. The area is safe to walk around, I walked around there no later than 6:00 p.m. as a single woman, I felt safe (but keep your eyes open and be aware of your surroundings). Overall I would recommend this hotel and will return!

Over booked the hotel, check in was 3pm, said my room would not be ready until 6pm. they did not inform me of this before hand. closest they could get was a accessibility room with a pull out couch instead of two queen beds. (very uncomfortable)

the staff was nice and gave us a 50.00 discount(free parking) for the inconvenience. The staff was the best part, very accommodating.

The area is heavily patrolled by police. we walked to the venue and felt safe. some homeless sleeping outside at night in the area.

All in all I would not stay at this location again.

We stayed here overnight to relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Latonya and Amoya were absolutely wonderful and so helpful in getting us checked in and the room we preferred. Beautiful rooms, very clean hotel inside and out. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Water Street Grill. Our server Samantha was amazing and made sure my spouse's food was dairy-free. Amazing view and staff.
