The Hazelwood Post Office I don't really know what is going on with their services of receiving mail,picking up mail that needs to go to the Post office and locking the mailboxes back! I have lived out here for about (12) years and the service has went all the way down...I need to know why,we don't have a regular mail carrier to service our area?! and then why are they not better organized,so that they can all work together for the good of the Post Office and not themselves...I don't understand!!!

DO NOT COME HERE!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!. I'm a local driver and deliver here every single night. You'll be waiting for hours just to get in the gate then potentially DAYS to get loaded/unloaded. I feel terrible for the OTR drivers who come here..DO NOT COME HERE!!

This is by far THE WORST Distribution Facility in the Midwest!!! Priority Package with 3-5 day guaranteed delivery sat in there facility for 3 days!!! Then, to make matters worse, they put it on a truck going 8 hours north to Peoria, IL instead of the truck going 2 hours south to my district. To top it all off, the Package contains medications. Meds I cannot get locally, ANYWHERE. I'm now going on 4 days without meds, it's Saturday so, if I'm lucky, I might get them by Monday, if I'm not hospitalized first.

Very upset, there's no words, there's no excuse. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!

This is not the first time this very scenario has happened. In fact, it's the 3rd time in under 6 months!!! Whoever works the overnight/early morning shift needs to go to the unemployment line before their mistakes and laziness literally kills someone!!!!!

OTR drivers don’t come here , almost 24 hours and I didn’t get unloaded yet . This is insane!!

At first was told to come back an hour later for my appointment time delivery, I asked since I'm the only truck out here with a delivery if they could do it before, thanks to Quinton, who was very polite and helpful, he check on the load and approved them taking it right away to unload it before my appointment time. I didn't sense any rudeness from either of the 2 ladies that I had brief contact with, both were polite and spoke nicely to me.

Why hasn't this office been investigated? Numerous lost and months and weeks late packages with no movement. Changes needed here USPS.

Postal Service Black Hole. Actually less than a 1 rating. Still awaiting a package that arrived there in August 2021. Other packages going through there sit there for many days before moving on to Southeast Missouri Post Offices. Do not know why FedEx, UPS, and Amazon transfer their packages to Hazelwood USPS for final deliveries. The one place you never want your package to go through.
