OMG let me start off by saying , I made the best phone call of my life I was referred by my warranty dept, first thing I did was check the reviews , it was my choice to bring my truck here when I tell u they are so professional, polite, and honest I love it ... found out I needed a engine I'm like geesh only had the truck for 2 months , cool they had my car no more than 4-5 days Boom! I get it back riding like a champ 3 weeks later my car kept cutting off engine light came on so of course I call them told them the issue they told me to get it here right away I just knew it was the engine turns out it was the transmission remind u I had a 1 year warranty on all parts from the dealer come to find out I needed a trans Boom! They had my car another 4-5 days when I tell u they found me the best engine and trans with a extended 3 years warranty on both and free oil change they are so amazing they really care about and love what they do they are so respectful and such people persons !!!!! I will never take my truck anywhere else I Promise ......please don't hesitate they will take great care of you and they live up to their words !!!!!
I'm here now for my free synthetic oil change and found out my engine and transmission are doing fine I love this place and they treat they customers like Family and tell you that and mean it

Brought a vehicle here back in fall of 22. Kept it for 3 weeks. Did nothing. Charged me for diagnosis even though they never figured out what was wrong. Then told me they didnt want to waste the service space on my jeep and told me to take it elsewhere. The level of incompetence was only out done by the complete lack of empathy or service at every turn. Take your vehicle elsewhere.

All you need to do is take a quick look at her calling customers liars and idiots to understand what type of terrible service you will get. This place sucks. They will leave u hanging at every turn and then blame you.

Just left from this establishment today. Awesome , Awesome job to Sue and her boys on guiding me into making the right decision about my vehicle(dodge charger). Very friendly and treated me no different from anybody else who walked through that door..because I paid attention to that . For my future repairs I will be making that call to Full Serv Auto! This place is an Oak Forest gem! Small family owned and ran business. Sue and her 2 sons do an outstanding job of getting you in and out problem free with a great group of mechanics. Last night, an electrical alarm showed up while driving home. I came to Fulserv 40 minutes after they opened with no appointment. They got me in, checked the car to find a bad alternator. Saw it was still in warranty, got the part delivered and installed in under 2 hours. What I thought was a nightmare became a fantastic ending. A+++
