Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. 159 bucks on a room that was filthy. Room 428 the toilet was clogged with shit in it before we got there. Toilet seat was broken. Sink faucet was just about broken. No TV remote. The door to the room I could’ve easily broke into if needed. Smelled like cigarette and weed smoke. The room that was pictured when I booked was not what was provided. Reading some other reviews after the fact sounds like I’m not the only one. The comments that the owner provides to other reviews obviously shows they don’t care about the customers and are happy with not taking care of what everyone is saying is wrong with the place. Paid 12.95 for parking in their lot which is crazy considering the fact that should be included in the booking. Also a 100 dollar deposit for smoking in the room? The rooms already smell like smoke anyway. They should pay 100 dollars for people to stay there… stay far away from this hotel.

During my stay, I noticed a few issues, but overall, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a positive impression.

While the room seemed to be cleaned, I was surprised to find a few small insects. Additionally, the air from the air conditioner had a slightly stale smell, and the room felt a bit damp and humid.

On the positive side, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and I was pleased to find four fresh and clean towels provided.

The hotel staff’s excellent service and attention to detail stood out, and I look forward to seeing further improvements in the overall comfort of the environment.

This is the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in. When I arrived in the lobby I waited for 25 mins to check in. There was no one behind the counter. Once the receptionist arrived she was very kind and apologetic. I got my room key and opened the door. It smelled like old stale cigarette smoke. Like someone was smoking in there for 30 yrs. I asked for a room change which she was happy to do. The second room didn't smell awful but definitely not good. Then while I was in the bathroom a roach ran a across the floor. The floor was was sticky for some reason. All the counters are warped and falling apart. The bathroom was "clean". Had random hair in the shower. The bathroom looked like it was from the 60s and never renovated. Just an over all unpleasant experience. If you can do not stay here. You will regret it. Glad I was here only for 2 nights. All the negative reviews have a response from hotel management that OBVIOUSLY were never addressed. Ya'll should be ashamed

I never write reviews but I think this time my comment need to be seen… If I could give zero stars, I would. This place should not even be called a hotel. It’s absolutely disgusting! The room smelled like cigarettes, the bed had flies, and the overall cleanliness was appalling, also in the hallway , towel and dirts all over the place, For $130 per night, this is completely unacceptable. Staying here feels like a health hazard—you could genuinely get sick. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Avoid at all costs! I didnt realize to take a pictures because I was rushing and cant wait to walk out the door.. how i wish I saw the google reviews earlier than the 4 “ok” reviews in expedia.

Do not stay at this hotel. The first room I tried was roach infested. 20 plus roaches scattered when I turned on the light. The lady tried to correct the issue with another room. She walked to the room with me. It was cleaner but still loaded with roaches. I'm not putting my stuff in that room.
I didn't read the reviews first. I read them after, and they all are the same experience I had. Missing cabinets, rusty fridge and stove dirty, roaches, hallways dark and nasty. I checked out immediately and luckily got my money back with no hassle. I didn't trust any hotel within a mile of that place. So I went to the Hilton. The owners of this place have no standards and it shows from the top down. I would sleep in my car or the airport before I ever slept at that hotel.

My room had roaches, and the kitchenette was not pleasant the furniture I had no nice words because I was so uncomfortable and unhappy that a hotel that is will know has place that can bring it down as the most unpleasant place to stay. Updates and work need to be done at this location ASAP. No exception, this hotel needs an overhaul and very dope cleaning head to toe. I hotels are chain owned companies, but integrity to the brand is important in so many ways....

Last week. The rooms (438). Smelled like a moose died in it. I had to go buy candles and spray. This week they assigned me to room 232 , then Room 303, both of which had non- working showers. The staff is arrogant and negligent. 1/2 star rated.

This is place is beyond disgusting. The drawers are old and busted up. The floors is so disgusting. The hallways are dark and shady. In the middle of the night I had to use the bathroom. When I looked over on the counter a roach was crawling across it. After I killed it, I looked over and on the tub there were many more crawling all over the place. Then I came out of the bathroom and turned the light on and there were about 10 roaches crawling all over the counter. I quickly checked all of my shoes, luggage, etc. and got out of there in the middle of the night. Around 2am I left the room and the lady wasn't at the counter, I waited around for about 20 minutes and ended up leaving a note on the counter. I ended up just going to the airport at 3am and waited there until my flight left at 9:50am. It would have been better if I just stayed home. Complete waste of money and time. DO NOTSTAY at this place
