I decided to stay here on a whim and I'm glad I did — the hotel service was amazing, I loved the evening hot tea options and they were very helpful in accommodating me (I asked if they would freeze my icepacks overnight and they did without any issues). I did a morning cold plunge in their outdoor pool, which was really inspiring to say the least! Then enjoyed their freshly made breakfast. Overall the place had a very modern, clean feel to it.

I have stayed here multiple times for work and conferences. I’ve tried other hotels in the area, but here just feels cozy. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. The staff is attentive for any request. They offer so many complementary items such as wine and snacks. For the price, this hotel goes above and beyond my expectations. Having filtered water in the room is one example of the many pros. I will continue to stay here whenever I come to Baton Rouge!

We have mixed feelings about this hotel but we probably not stay again.
The kitchen staff was incredible and they really care about what they do! They were the highlight of our stay.
Check in was smooth but getting assistance after that was were our mixed feelings came in. Our room was never cleaned or restocked while we were there so we needed to ask for more towels, toilet paper and coffee. It seemed like we were interrupting the evening desk clerk from being on her phone. We witnessed her having a bad attitude while helping a peace officer.
The suite itself was not exactly what we expected. The sitting area was much smaller than expected and not comfortable. Almost every dish and pan was dirty so we rewashed everything before we used them.
The floors were dirty and there was food particles in the corners and base boards.

My stay was great up until breakfast time .. the General Kitchen Manager Brittany was soo rude and nasty towards the guests,|| not just towards me but I witness her being mean and nasty towards other guest as well. Brittany acts as if she hates her jobs. She definitely needs to be reported and doesn’t need to be a manager how badly she treats people is unacceptable.

The check in process was easy and employee was very nice. That's about where the pleasantries end.
As we were walking to our room, we had to work around carpet cleaners that had their equipment lining the entire hallway. We got to our room and immediately regretted booking it. The blinds in the room were broken and would not open and had to be propped up. Now that there was light in the room made the situation worse. The carpet was soaking wet and the "wood floor" area was incredibly dirty. We found pubic hairs everywhere, floors, bedding even hair on some walls.
There was food splatter all over kitchenette area and a half consumed cup of coffee on the desk. Both beds had black dirt on them clearly had not been cleaned.
The room had an odor that changed depending on where you were. Sitting on the edge of the bed near the wet carpet area had a mix of urine and vomit odor. The room had a filtered water tap which is a nice idea, but the bottle they provided for the water was dirty and still had water residue inside. No idea how long the closed bottle had been sitting like that or if the residue was caused by humidity either way we tried to stay away from the room only using it to sleep and get the hell out the next morning.

Beware.
They will not keep the room available that you reserve.
They tried to downgrade me from a 1 bedroom king bed suite to a studio with 2 queen beds. No notice that it was changed, no change in the room price, no rooms were available for what I actually reserved.
Absolute scam.

Chose this hotel for the location as it was centrally situated for my 7 day work trip. Was blown away by the rooms, and hotel facilities. The gym and pool are both amazing and open late for a quick workout and dip after fighting that Baton Rouge humidity.

Breakfast was good too, they had a few daily options to choose from, including a station for making your own parfait. Overall this hotel stood out for being Health focused! Offered clean rooms and air, and amazing location. 4/5! 5/5 if housekeeping stopped by more often.

This was like a home away from home!! We were there for work and it was nice and relaxing. The staff was helpful and extremely nice. There is no question that I would stay at this location on our next trip to BR!!
