Un hotel con annesso campo da golf, praticamente adiacente all’aeroporto di Palm Spring. Con parcheggio proprio, molto comodo; con piscina e jacuzzi (questa con acqua calda); zona fitness e massaggi. Il bar centrale fa anche da servizio ristorante. Da prendere assolutamente le camere con vista piscina, e lago... e montagne...|Unico difetto, il sistema di riscaldamento/raffreddamento, davvero rumorosissimo

Abbiamo soggiornato qui una notte dopo la visita al Joshua Tree National Park e diretti a San Diego. Bellissimo hotel in un golf club circondato dalle montagne ed immerso in un oasi con palme, pieno di americani li per il week end! Bella piscina grande e zona relax. Bellissima camera, grande con divano e tavolino vista piscina.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating.

To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance and attention to such basic amenities.

I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their facilities to provide a better experience for future guests.

My wife and I have had the most amazing experience here so far. I booked us 2 x nights after a few nights in Vegas and the service we have received so far has been nothing short of amazing. We were greeted with a warm smile by the hotel reception attendant (Ulysses) who was literally the most cheerful, helpful, and polite gentleman we've had the pleasure of dealing with in any hotel we've stayed at (and we travel a lot). He explained everything to us in great detail, showed us how things worked and gave us each a nice, warm doubletree cookie. The golf course is also awesome. We'll be back here again for sure. Thank you Ulysses for helping us and making us feel at home. You're exactly the type of person a reputable hotel like this needs working at the front!

In July we booked a junior suite room with a king bed and a fire pit for three nights to celebrate my son’s 50th birthday . When we showed up on November 21st they said they did not have a king bed and switched us to two queens. The room was in a different wing and very far out from the rest of the party group making it difficult to navigate for my 90 year old husband because they were in the middle of new carpet installation in the hallway. My husband called the front desk to ask if there was a walker available, but there was not. However, the front desk clerk called and said she found another room and would send someone over to move our luggage. After waiting 20 minutes we walked back to the front desk to let them know we were getting dinner and could they move our luggage. The front desk staff was surprised no one had shown up, but said it would be moved. We returned back to our room and as it was very cold in the desert, 58 degrees, we attempted to turn on the heater, but it would only blow cold air. I called the front desk and they sent down an engineer. He could not fix the heating system and said the heaters don’t work well. He brought in two different small space heaters, but they gave off a terrible smell. I contacted the front desk and the clerk said she would have to find another room. My husband was too tired to make another move, so I asked for extra blankets. The blankets were delivered 20 minutes later and we crawled into bed to warm up. When I went to brush my teeth I discovered the sink did not drain. It is a very disappointing start to our stay and certainly below expectation for a Hilton property.

Stayed here for a conference. There was an issue with one of the lights but they fixed it right away. Many of the fixtures were loose.
The room did have a beautiful view of the mountains.
I love the Mira Bar area and decor. It’s wide open with lots of seating.

I travel for work and stay in many hotels, and am a diamond and platinum member at both Hilton and IHG. This hotel was lovely with great amenities and a pool. My issue is bedbugs.

I stayed for two days and when I got home, was covered in over 60 bites. I had been in two other hotels the week leading up to my stay at doubletree, and immediately phoned all of them so rooms could be checked (bites can take days to show up, and I react terribly to them) All other hotels I stayed at responded immediately, shut the room down, set up bed bug heaters to attract any pests if there and checked everything over.

Both other hotels I stayed in were prompt and easy to deal with and followed up with me to let me know the outcome, and that no bugs were found. It's been over a week with 4 different calls and messages left for this hotel, and no one has responded or checked the room to my knowledge.
It's clear the bugs were at this hotel through process of elimination, and obvious why the infestation was bad enough to leave me with as many bites as I got due to a complete lack of interest from staff.

Very disappointing and irresponsible. Would not recommend.
