The amount and subject matter of the complaints for this location are strange. I've been going here for 15 years now and it's as great/bad as every other typical CVS/late night Los Angeles spot. The weirdest part is how many of the complaints are just straight-up lying - the person mentioning "the whole team" being fired is talking about a different location or completely fabricating things as a few of the workers have been at that location for years now.

I bought an eye solution here and then got allergies. I went back to the cvs just wanted to have a little consultation from the pharmacist here because I was in pain and did not know what to do. I waited here at the glass window for 30 minutes, but all the pharmacists ignored me. I saw around 5 people here and some of them were chatting but no one offered to help me even if I waved at them and smiled at them. I was just ignored. I felt a little sad and really helpless.

The staff at this pharmacy is utterly heartless. They displayed zero compassion and, frankly, a cruelty that borders on sadistic. I went through hell trying to fill a medication prescription, only to end up with nothing. My doctor sent the prescription three times. The first time, they claimed they couldn’t find it in their system. The second time, the manager assured me the order was received and would be filled, but when I arrived to pick it up, they suddenly said they never received it. On the third attempt, they informed me it was on backorder. When I asked if they had it in a different form, they showed not a single ounce of empathy for the nightmare I’d been through, nor for the fact that I had been without my medication for over a week. The staff is cold, unhelpful, and cruel. CVS pharmacy made my doctor resend the prescription three times, yet they still had no compassion and refused to even check if they had an alternative version. Their behavior is heartless, unhelpful, sadistic, and reeks of a power trip that rivals the worst experiences I've had at the DMV.

2 days ago I came to print document and the printer is not working. I believe it’s only the receipt but whatever, if the cashier said printer is not working I will accept that I didn’t complain to cashier or the supervisor we’re waiting for 15 minutes. Then yesterday I ordered online at 10:33pm I received email it was ready at 12:05 am. I asked my husband to pick it up next day at 10:30 pm and the cashier cannot find it. He printed out another one for my husband because they couldn’t find it and my husband complained to him that the other page has somebody’s resume and he didn’t even print another one and my husband paid for it even it’s only $.68. Doesn’t matter about the $.68. To Natasha Z., somebody give your whole info(Resume) to somebody and didn’t even grab the paper to throw it at Blue BIN( confidential BIN). And of course I need the other page I asked my husband to keep it.

Walked in and wasn't greated or acknowledged by any of the three associates nearby one at the door. I asked where the restroom was located. We don't have one was the answer I received. Ok is there a reason or one near by... not for public use and I don't know are the responses I received homeless hanging around not exactly safe. Rude and unhelpful the jack in the box next door does have restrooms by the way.

Nice place but outside is concerning place for safety. Do not walk there at night. It’s better to use a car

This place keeps getting worse.

Somehow even after firing their entire last team they still are unable to get the hang of the duties of the job. It's sad because the last team was mostly a bunch of kids, so it makes sense that service was awful, but these are grown adults. Specifically the grubby current manager as of May 11 2024.

These so called "workers" ignore customers at all costs, whether they are pressing the assistance buttons in the plexiglassed isles, but also ignoring them when they are being directly asked for help. UNLESS you're dark skinned or look like an "undesireable". Unfortunately this seems gets people negative attention right away.

I have made FRIENDS in the isles of this cvs because of how long we had to wait for assistance.

Also, if you're the manager why are you leaving only 2 employees to tackle the line that is wrapping around the isle by themselves? One of said employees wasn't even able to take customers in line because she was dealing with an issue an older woman was having (supposedly she had been there for about a hour. I believe it.)

Team Member Veronica always delightful and helpful. CVS as a whole would not recommend, it's the only place open after 12am, really that is the only reason I go there. Products are always with the wrong pricing. It happens in every trip.
