My husband's aid has to keep leaving every so often, to pick up her check from the office for errors on their part. When she goes to pick it up, they're not there in the office, the person who has the check is not in the office, just something. I truthfully feel sorry for my husband's aid and I understand that she needs to do what she needs to do to receive her check, but it becomes an inconvenience towards my husband and I when she has to go back-and-forth to the office to get something that should of been deposited in her account. They are very messy and unorganized. And it seems no one in the office communicates with each other.yet alone comunate with their employees.

I love this place! The professionalism across the office and even through phone calls are phenomenal! The customer service is excellent I never have an issue! They answered all of my questions efficiently. I definitely recommend anyone looking for care or to become a caregiver! Those lovely young ladies are great at their job!

I been having problems with communications and even receiving my cheeks for weeks. I have informed cheris about it and still the problem still is there. There haven't been any changes I am so disappointed in this company right now. Hope no one will have to go through what I have gone through with this company. It's sad. They also have a problem with calling back with information that I have requested.

Horrible dont even deserve a star. They dont know how to talk to people. The only one who keeps it professional is BJ regardless, she tries to let you know whats going on clearly. They have people there that should not be in the office. Need to learn to keep your cool no matter what

The environment just has the vibe to where you already feel like you belong ? Highly organized and the paper work definitely isn’t a hassle ? I love the company its self & as well as the staff! Absolutely the right choice for your loved ones!!
