I had a deeply disappointing experience at the Calvin Klein store located in the Citadel Outlets (Commerce, CA) on January 19th, 2025. My friend and I were peacefully browsing the products when a Hispanic female employee with long hair and glasses (black on top, brown on the bottom) suddenly and deliberately interrupted us. She walked up to the area we were looking at and began sorting through the products, blocking us from continuing to browse. There was no explanation, no offer of assistance—just an unwelcome and uncomfortable display of disregard for us as customers.

We stood behind her, waiting for her to finish, but it felt like she had no intention of letting us continue. To make matters worse, when she saw us again, she rolled her eyes at me in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. The entire interaction made us feel disrespected and uncomfortable, and it left us questioning whether this was a case of racial discrimination.

I’ve always had high regard for the Calvin Klein brand, but this experience was extremely upsetting. It's hard to understand how a store representing such a reputable name can allow this type of behavior. I hope the management takes this complaint seriously and investigates this issue.

The staff is very personable, and I got a great deal on these khaki slacks I just bought. Looking spiffy for a low price is hard to come by. Had a really pleasant experience here!

At the entrance of the store the staff made me wait for 20 minutes while there were not so many people in there. I asked the guy" Sebastian " the reason he just ignored me to answer 😔

This use to be one of my favorite stores especially to buy underwear but for some reason the materials are cheap. The odor wears out after two uses and they ride up your leg. You can even feel the fabric as it feels cheaply produced. They have to do better because each box is $30+. Wasted almost $600 smh
