I can't say enough wonderful things about CA Jewelers! My husband originally worked with Susie and the team here to choose my engagement ring, and they made the whole experience so special. They were incredibly attentive to his needs, helping him select the perfect ring with a level of care and expertise that made him feel confident in his choice!

Two years later, we decided to redesign my ring to reflect my evolving style, and once again, the team was amazing. Susie was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness, taking the time to listen to all of my ideas and guiding us through every decision. She was thorough, thoughtful, and made sure we were completely happy with the design at every step. Even with all my back-and-forth, Susie remained kind, reassuring, and committed to helping us create something truly unique.

The reviews you read about CA Jewelers and Susie are all accurate, they're simply the best. My wife and I bought our engagement rings/wedding bands with Susie (and I think Tom?) 10 years ago, and they look just as good today as they did then. Durable, beautiful, timeless. Since leaving Chicago my wife and I were recently back when we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary this summer, and we designed a second band for my wife's set to match. It was easy, and affordable. This time when we were back we had our young kids with us and our daughter was particularly interested in the jewelry. When Susie mailed us the new band a week later she included a personal note and something special for our daughter. Absolute class act, CA Jewelers. We will certainly be back for our 20, 30, 40 and beyond anniversaries! If you are debating where in Chicago to get something special, look no further. Their selection, design, quality and service are all TOP NOTCH. Thanks again CA for making our 10 year that much more special. 🙂

If I could give CA Jewelers more than 5 stars, I would. Everyone we interacted with was lovely, but Susie especially is such a sweetheart. She was so thorough and patient throughout the entire process of designing an engagement ring for us. She took the time to explain the pros and cons of each type of metal, showed us many different sizes of diamonds, and gave us her honest feedback when it came to the feasibility of the design we had in mind. Like other reviewers have mentioned, we did not feel pressured at all, and it is clear Susie does everything she can to ensure her clients are happy with the final result. Susie let us look around for as long as we wanted, but the band we ended up loving was the one she suggested after only a few minutes of discussing the elements we were looking for. The ring was gorgeous, well-made, and priced fairly. For fun, I tried to design a similar ring on Brilliant Earth, and it actually ended up being more expensive for a lower quality ring. If you are in the market for an engagement ring or any other fine jewelry, I highly recommend CA Jewelers.

Almost 19 years ago my soon to be husband and I were looking for wedding rings. When we wondered through a jewelry mall we came across CA’s booth. Lovedthe service and found the ring I wanted and that was that. My husband didn’t see what he wanted and he found it somewhere else. Fast forward 10 years, my husband didn’t like his wedding ring anymore (I never did). I took it to Susie and she came up with the perfect solution. He loves the ring now.
