Security at the entrance: "Let me hold you for a second here." Your store is literally a ghost town at rush hour. Keep holding!

So what's the purpose of that "buffer zone?"

I thought the employees were great, the store is even great BUT I could not believe there was absolutely no place to park unless you paid a minimum of $10 to park in a public parking structure that was sketchy and smelled like urine. Horrible as far as parking goes and no matter how much you spend at Burlington, you can't even get a validation, SMH, if you don't want to pay $10 at very least, even if your only 5 minutes, don't go to this Burlington.

Me gusta la ropa y precio accesible, pero ahora todo en un solo piso está demasiado apretado, no puedes escoger bien, tardas en encontrar las cosas y no baños…muy incómodo

High security! I was not all that impressed with this store in general. The staff was friendly, but the selection of items was limited. Despite the security, some packaging was opened and missed items.

I feel like I am going through a TSA Airport Security or US Customs whenever I go in here. They have a security checkpoint with ropes outside the door, with armed security. I guess they are guarding their glorified junk.

#OMGawd! I was looking for a new rain jacket inside the store and overheard an employee record on her cellular and cruelly bash on a customer for #coughing.
The female employee continued to bash the customer on, and on, and on claiming we are in COVID and to cover her mouth.
I was unable to see, but heard everything from a different aisle how discriminating and rude the employee was to the lady customer.
When has it been alright to completely treat customers as second hand citizens.
If this young female employee is so afraid of COVID or flu symptoms why is she not wearing a mask?
Why impose your fears to a customer.
I was so disgusted and disappointed after asking 3 employees for a price on a jacket.
The tag was completely torn off so only sky lines remained.
Both employees told me to wait in line, even though they freely walked around the store.
There was no price scanner available nor was I told of one like CVS, Walgreens, and Target have.
After waiting in the long line the 3rd person refused to find the price and instead dismissed me to help the next customer behind me.
I almost lost it, but calmly asked her, why would your associate ask me to make the line if you are not going to help me?
Why couldn't she come over, as I clearly saw her and gossip to you about the help price I asked her?
What is this? Conspiracy to refuse the excellent customer service quality?
What is wrong with the young workers of today?
Why inconvenience the customer? Why ignore the customer request? Why gossip of what the employee refuses to serve the customer?
Are customers expected to be treated as second class citizens? Elderly customers do not matter?
Seriously!
I tried; I gave time before re-entering this place.
Customer beware of rude discrimination by the employees of this store location on South Broadway Street in DTLA. 🤔
