We are traveling and found this perfect self service pet grooming boutique. It was clean, the attendant was super helpful. We ended up purchasing a few items for our fur baby and for our other fur baby that had to stay home on this trip. Definitely would use this facility again! They furnish towels, shampoo with built-in conditioner, also dryers! The treats are reasonable priced.

EDIT:
okay I used to love this place but it has changed. We just visited to give our dog a bath and the tubs are disgusting now. The place was slow (just us and the two workers) which is why the mess is kinda confusing. There was hair everywhere and there were tons of gnats on the walls, in the tubs, and on the blow dryers. Plus there was built up fur gunk next to the tubs on the floor and on the steps of the wash. I wish it wasn't this dirty bc we used to love coming here. I just can't bring my dog -or myself- to somewhere with that many gnats...you can see in the video one of the gnats walking around next to the sprayer. I felt bad bringing my dog here.
BONE is great for bathing your dog. The tubs are clean and we like the shampoos they provide. They also carry a lot of toys, leashes, collars.

Nothing like starting your day and everything feels wonderful. I got to work and forgot my baby boys food at home! Worried some, searched around before deciding on this place to try out for our first time. Since working down town, we walk a lot, and it wasn't far. Walking in was something else for us, as we saw so many things to look at, prices are wonderful, samples, tons of things outside food as well. The other half had boutique stuff, and the dog wash! They supply, wash, and sanitize the towels-water-etc, bring what you want as well to use. After venturing to several places like this one, We have found our spot! The front baker counter is amazing, great decorating and he seems to devour his treat! Can't say enough, Try them our, get on the reward program, get HEALTHY dog food and MORE! Thank you for the double bagging for our walk back. It went well!

Went in for a dog wash, as my usual self wash service is no longer open. Store was well stocked but it seems very understaffed.
There was a thick odor of mold and urine. The dog washing stations were... something else. Hair plastered to the sides of tubs and caking the walls. On the intake vents of the dryers, enough plastered dog hair to make a wig!
All of the aprons were wet. On slip leads, brushes and shampoos, surprise, more caked on hair.
So. Much. Hair.
In the aisles leading away from the tubs and into the main portion of the store, there was a large puddle and no wet floor signs.
However, despite all of this, the single employee was lovely and gave great customer service.

I’VE GOT A BONE TO PICK WITH BONE

The owner was disrespectful and made my friend really uncomfortable. He will rush his paying customers if they show up during the hour before close, and that’s exactly what he did to her. I was on the phone with her while she was there because she was alone and I heard everything in real time. Boundaries were crossed, and while my friend was just trying to care for her dog (who has high anxiety when it comes to baths, btw) the owner got mad because she was taking a little longer than he would've liked. He decided to approach my friend and turn off the dryer while she was still using it and kicked her out in the middle of a service that she paid for. He also refused to give her a refund for the future services that she had previously prepaid for, which is wild.

Justin, buddy, you gotta work on your people skills. I could think of a million ways to handle this situation properly. The way you chose to handle it was unprofessional and let’s admit it, kind of weird. This whole situation could’ve been easily avoided. I get it, you wanna go home. Have you considered just not accepting washes 30 minutes before closing? Then you can use that time to disinfect and clean everything before you leave, because let’s face it, the place is looking kinda nasty. There’s dog hair everywhere and mold/mildew on the tubs. I mean how hard is it to vacuum the store and wipe down the dog washing stations? Gross. 0/10.

Super great place to wash your dogs, they explain everything and have anything you could possibly need to bathe your dog. Only $10-15 a wash and I got a goodie bag on our way out! The employees are fantastic! ?
