Very quick service. Got part and installed in one day. Cost $ 1,000 for less than an hour to change a $ 1.30 part. Would not recommend them again unless you want to be ripped off. Think I'm going to call them out to have the part removed. Paying restocking fees and labor to remove part, purchasing a new one myself and having it installed by someone else I should be able to save some money.

They installed a 2-zone minisplit system in my VERY UNCONVENTIONAL house, drilling through metal walls and dealing with difficult routing of the supply lines. They did a beautiful and efficient job that complimented the architecture of the house. They were great to deal with and very responsive to my emails. Their price was also very competitive.

The technician was on time. Did a great job explaining the issue(s) he found and fixed my AC unit very quickly. When scheduling the appointment the young lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and easy to talk to. Also, the company was able to work around my schedule to come do the work.

Unprofessional and likely some sort of pyramid scheme.

I responded to a neighborhood Facebook group about a group rate in the neighborhood with this company for duct cleaning. After having to argue with the neighbor to even get the name of the company, I can't get a hold of them by phone. I do get some text back that sounds a little scammy but I moved forward as it was a good deal.

Fast forward to the day of and I get a confirmation from a different number, then a delay from another new number. Then suddenly they have the schedule wrong and can't get to me until after the 6hr window originally provided. When I said that won't work and I don't want to reschedule I was contacted by three different people, one hours later at 930 at night about rescheduling. None of the people I spoke to seem to communicate with each other or have any idea what is going on.

Thank God I didn't give them any money.. do not recommend!

Mike Teall came over to give me a quote. He was professional, understanding of my situation and really worked hard with us and the finance folks to get to a solution. Next day he and Travis came over, installed the unit, took the old one away. Honestly these guys blew my mind, they knew their stuff, and after having other vendor quotes last year, Aireserv are highly competitive. I cannot say enough good things about them, just hire them asap.

If you ever hire this company for service or installation of equipment, make sure you check and double check every last detail of your order. I have had two interactions with this company:
1. I bought a new A/C system from them. I had originally got a quote from another company, and I asked Aire Serv for a comparable offer for a 16 seer Amana system. They came in slightly cheaper so I went with them. Turns out they delivered a 14.5 seer unit and claimed it was 16 seer. I contacted them about this, and got an agreement over the phone for them to refunc $300. This was two years ago, still have not seen the check. Make sure if you deal with them to get EVERYTHING in writing, down to the last detail.
2. As part of the new A/C installation, they offered a free system checkup. I forgot to book this last year, so this year when I turned the A/C on it behaved a little weird (but still provided cooling), so I called them to come do a system check. Turns out they sent a guy on an after-hours emergency ticket to diagnose my problem for $159. Did not want to argue with him, so I paid him and said I would clear it up with the office, not remembering what company I was dealing with. I called them the next day (a week ago), left a voicemail explaining the situation and asked them to call back. No call so far.
Conclusion: This is a company that will try to rip you off any way they can, with no sense of customer service. The only contact I will ever have with this company in the future is to attempt to get some of my money back. Customer beware!

We cannot be happier with the service we received from Aire Serv! We realized our AC was going on one of the first hot days of the year and right over Memorial Day weekend. Aire Serv was quick to respond and set a meeting with us to discuss our options. We met with Mike and couldn't be happier with his knowledge, experience, and genuine concern with fixing our problem. Our AC and furnace needed replacing and due to the previous home owners or builder we also needed ductwork fixed and a return installed on our main level. Mike explained every option in detail and made his recommendation. I have to say that he was so down to earth and just very enjoyable to work with. We met with Aire Serv a couple of times before they did the work so they could form a plan on how to install the duct work we needed and make the system work for us to increase our efficiency and save us money. We were happy to meet the owner, who was there throughout the installation, and everyone else who came to our house was very professional and extremely friendly. Our system works great now and we got exactly what we needed, a system that we won't need to worry about because Aire Serv is a phone call away and we trust their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a need or question. Their expertise and genuine concern with fixing our issue set them apart from the rest.
