Great service. Had a two hour window then received a text when tech was on the way. The tech Lance was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong with my furnace and how he would correct it. He also explained some other things about the furnace. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely call Aire Serv again if any furnace or a/c issues. Lance did a great job. A++ service.

Lance Petty arrived promptly as promised. The first thing he noticed was the filter that it needs a replacement.He took his time and he was very thorough in checking on the air con what needs to be done.He helped us set the thermostat properly and we were given options. Had our furnace and A/C replaced. The guys were great, did a great job installing the units and worked even faster than expected. Super friendly and were more than happy to answer any questions my wife and I had. Would absolutely recommend to anyone

We had AC failure and got help from Aire Serv. Lance Petty was our technician. He explained the issue and provided me with some tips to main tain our AC and the furnace.
Lance is very knowledgeable and fix the AC in no time. Highly recommended.

Aire Serv of Palatine, Jessie, and two other servicemen went out of their way to help us when our furnace went out. It was getting cold in our home and Jessie returned our call on a Sunday. On Monday it was determined in the morning by their serviceman that our blower was broken. Jessie made a special trip for us and a few other clients to purchase the part in another suburb and then sent a different serviceman over to install the part that afternoon. It was 48 degrees in our house so it was really terrific that they came through for us. We are very grateful for their great efforts.
