I have been getting my medical supplies from them for my son for about almost 7yrs the staff is supper helpful and understanding with my son's needs major, plus they also started dispensing my son's medicine so I get everything at once and they call 1 to 2 weeks before to see what I need

If I could give them a negative star I would. My husband has his colostomy bags delivered by them and he has signed an agreement to have them automatically shipped to us and they are NEVER auto-ship them EVER! They never ever answer the phone there and when they do they transfer your call a million times or they just leave youon hold for ever. They also do not call you to tell you that they are coming. A few times he has received the supplies and they gave him 2 out of 3 boxes and getting the missing items is damn near impossible . we have to go and pick them up. Which is the entire point of the reason why we use this place!

Am out of town and called several yimes leaving messages to get refills for my comatose daughter. A**holes don't have the decency to call back after 3 days!!! You will NEVER get another order from me again!!! -5 stars if possible!!! 💩💩💩👋👋👋

If I could give them a negative star I would. It is imposible to get ahold of the people you need to help you. Everytime I try to reach Aracely she never seems to be at her desk because she never answers. You leave her voice mails and she never calls you back. For the past month I've been able to talk to her once when I've been calling and calling about my son's prescription. It's outrageous.

The worst experience... sad it's a pharmacy.. because they are obviously needed. Over the phone they just transfer you to extensions that do not exist. No help what so ever. Totally frustrating.. I just need to choose another pharmacy. Can't win them all.

Aracely is so helpful she goes above and beyond to get my daughters formula and Rebecca also goes above and beyond for her medical supplies they are wonderful staff!!!
