I do not understand why the people that answer the phones are so nasty and rude. They have no manners. It feels like you have to beg them for good customer service. As for the drivers they smoke weed before delivering your medication. They always call u when they are 2/3 stops away. They never call you to confirm a delivery date n time. I finally had them set up day which was today . They said late pm. They woke up my 78 year old neighbor at 7:30 am . It’s ridiculous how they have no sense of how a business should work. They need to get rid off all their staff except for Ms. J she’s super nice. The girl that picked up today had the nerve to say OH ITS TOO EARLY GOR THIS. When I asked her why she was so nasty that she was dealing with sick patients. I will start looking for another medical supply company because this one really stinks their employees are nasty.
Do I heard the owner fires drivers when they are rude. He should fire that nasty A girl that answered the phone today. Thank you mediserve but no thank you I can’t deal with the drama and rudeness off your in house employees. They I called back and she does not pick up my calls . I will take my business elsewhere were Essen has other vendors

I switched from CVS years ago to MediServ and they are THE best pharmacy I've ever had business with! They're always super nice, professional, and courteous. They go the extra mile every time to make sure their customers' needs are met. They even deliver which is super great for me due to the fact that different climates make it difficult for me to travel/walk a lot. I've referred them to several friends and family. Update 2: I received my medication in hand. Had a little bit of problem with front desk and missing paperwork. Monday morning I received a call about the paperwork that I requested. Aunt, the information I needed on how to use a compound medicine for the first time which was very shocking and very appreciative information so thank you very much.

Update: after receiving a call from the manager Mr. John, we were able to discuss what had happened and he was very kind enough to help solve the issue I was having about getting my medication. Will do last update when medication is in hand.

Very bad experience with this pharmacy. I was getting a compound medication for the very first time. Was not informed that the driver to deliver my medication would call me one minute away from my house, was not informed as a first-time compound user that my medication had a expiration time. Each person that spoke to me on the phone could not pronounce my name correctly and did not apologize for butchering my name at all. My name is easy Sa- Kia ( Kia like the car, Kia soul). When I said I would pick up the medicine was told the address but not told the time that they close. I showed up to the location around 7: 20pm and did not realize the pharmacy was closed (halfway my fault for not checking Google halfway the worker for not giving me the hours of operation due diligence as a company to help a customer) when I told them that I would resend the prescription from my doctor for them to remake it, I was told that they would not remake it and they would not service me again. That is no problem. Do your due diligence when using this pharmacy for a compound medication and make sure they give you all the information that you need to know ahead of time.

Great service and amazing staff. I always get my prescriptions ready fast and without waiting. Excellent customer service from store manager Mark. I am so thankful to found out about this pharmacy from my neurologist who sent a custom made pain cream to this specialty pharmacy and found out that they delivery medications to your home in any of the 5 boroughs in NYC and also Long Island for FREE! Since my living situation keeps changing in the different boroughs and Long Island and my mobility is impaired. It has been a headache to get to a nearby pharmacy for my medications when I have to move to different places to live. I am so grateful that I have found them and they deliver my meds to me usually the next business day. Their customer reps on the phone are very nice so far for the ones I have spoken to.
