One in South Miami. Easy to Park. A lot of products, TV, refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, plates, umbrellas, literally almost all small electronics you can find there. And all kinds of household products. Some products are with competitive prices, some products not. All kinds of big names products you can find there as well. There are plenty sales associates working there and there is zero difficulty when you need someone to help you in the store. Not a lot of customers there

Be aware of online orders to pick up at the store. They did not have my order, and the manager was rude. The customer in front of me had a similar problem with their order.
He refused to refund and cancel my purchase.

I bought a dining set on November 16th, and when they came to install it, they left the chairs unfinished. I did not notice, because I trusted they did it correctly at the moment. When I called the salesman Canute Finell, he advised me to go and see the furniture department supervisor Deborah, and so I did. She was very nice and seemed preoccupied at first. She told me she would give the copy of the receipt to someone she trusted and call me back to let me know when they were coming to fix it. A couple of days passed and I did not receive a call from her or anyone from the store. I went again to the store and spoke to Deborah, who at the time seemed to not remember who I was. She went to the office and came back and told me they had called me and left a voicemail, I told her that was not true. She said they had scheduled someone to come to my place the following Tuesday to fix it. Turns out the person who came, never got instructions to fix anything, he took pictures of the furniture and filled out some paperwork, and advised the furniture had to be replaced, that I should wait and contact the salesman in the meantime. I tried to contact the salesman and no answer. To this point I have no document this is being processed, the manager Deborah does not seem to care much about this situation since she never followed up with me and gave this to someone else. The lack of professionalism and knowledge is huge, and I am very disappointed. I would never buy furniture in Brandsmart again, and if you do please make sure you do not trust anyone and check the job is done well so you do not have to deal with what I am dealing with.

BUYER BEWARE- NIGHTMARE Customer Service and zero follow up. I have been dealing with missing parts to my monogram appliances for 18 months and have gotten no where. You would expect better service especially when you spent almost $30,000 in appliances. The sales rep referred the issue to their GE Rep and the GE Rep handed it back to me- the customer! The manager is also involved but that has made NO difference. Monogram is a GE company and they are just as horrible to deal with. Do NOT deal with BRANDSMART or GE- you will sadly live to regret it.
