We're repeat customers and love how close this inn is to Disney. Having a full kitchen is terrific. Rooms are big with lots of storage areas. Housekeeping is friendly and helpful and the hotel is always clean. Breakfast is well staffed and gets very busy, especially for Mickey waffles. When checking in this time, the computers were down and no keys were working. They walked us to our rooms and were very accommodating since the issue was a big problem. We're diamond members and this is one of the best cared for hotels and a hotel that cares for its customers.

I love the spacious rooms and full size fridge. It was perfect for our family. The extra space was a life saver having just had a baby who learned to walk. The staff also went above and beyond for us here, just like staying on Disney property but less expensive. I think this might be where we come back to every time!

I want to start by highlighting the positives: the location and service were excellent. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast, while a bit chaotic, was enjoyable overall.

However, my primary concerns are with the condition of the room and the handling of my feedback after the stay.

We drove down from New Jersey and arrived after a long day on the road. Upon checking in and entering the room, we immediately noticed a strange odor—like wet carpet. Despite this, we were too exhausted to address it at the time and decided to stay. The following morning, we left early to handle personal matters and, once again, were too tired by the end of the day to pursue the issue further. While the situation wasn’t ideal, we were only here for another night, made do and moved on.

The real issue came after our stay. Two weeks later, I realized I still hadn’t received a receipt, so I called Hilton’s customer service for assistance. During this call, I also wanted to provide feedback about the room, hoping the issue would be addressed and to see if Hilton might offer any support. After a brief chat with Hilton Customer Support, I was transferred directly to the hotel.

Unfortunately, the response I received from the hotel staff was unprofessional and dismissive. Before I could fully explain the situation, the person on the phone curtly informed me that they would not issue a refund (despite me not asking for one) and accused me of failing to notify them about having a pet in the room.

For clarification:

1. I never requested a refund to the hotel; the people on the Hilton line asked me if I wanted to be compensated.
2. I had proactively informed the hotel about traveling with a pet prior to my stay, confirmed their pet policy over the phone, and completed all necessary paperwork upon check-in. Additionally, I was given a pet tag to hang on our door, as required by their policy.

While I appreciate the initial service and hospitality during our stay, the dismissive and accusatory tone during my follow-up call was disappointing. I expected a more professional response from a Hilton property.

The rooms have been very clean and beds are comfortable. The staff from the front desk to the room attendants have been friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good variety and is very tasty. The pool area is clean and relaxing. I enjoy my time here each visit.

Very satisfied. Nice facilities, clean and good service. My only recommendation is to be more organized with the breakfast area, consider a bigger space since sometimes is difficult to get a table and to walk with the plates due to the small space and waffle line. The utensils are not visible since they are in a drawer, and the coffee station is outside the breakfast room, but overall very satisfied.

Room was nice and clean with a microwave and refrigerator but no stove. Location was great about 15 minutes from Disney. Pool was clean and fun. Parking was $10/a night and close to the hotel, which was nice.

We encountered about 5 front desk personnel. 3 were nice. The other 2 were indifferent. One staff left a negative experience for us. The weekday morning front desk lady with blond curly hair in her late 40's or early 50's. I asked for some bottled water since I saw them giving it out. She gave me a bag of two bottled waters but also gave a huge attitude to let me know she was annoyed at my request. Made me feel so bad for two bottled waters. I got a feeling the front desk ladies don't like tourists.

We stayed here for 13 nights at the end of November. The hotel is in a slightly remote location at the new development of Flamingo Crossings. It is right by the Disney College programme, so it's definitely an up and coming area and to get to Disney, it's straight down Western Way and within a few minutes, you're at Coronado Springs with the rest of Disney World ahead of you. The second week of our stay was thanksgiving week and at times the traffic to Disney was very heavy (I suspect this was the same all over) and so the journey time was 15+ minutes to WDW instead of the usual 8. Access is very easy for the 429 toll road and the 192. I would consider this area again.|The hotel itself was new and modern and yet this is a budget hotel but the level of "extras" offered make this a worth while consideration. There is a decent pool, plenty of BBQ's if you want to cook for yourself, and at least 3 firepits that i found for those cooler evenings.|Back inside, check in was quick and simple - i had checked in with the Hilton App and even chosen a room - but actual check in gave us a different room so i'm not sure of the point of the app really - although it did allow remote access to unlock the hotel room door which i thought was very cool!|The room was large, with a kitchen area which had a full size fridge freezer, full size dishwasher, microwave and kitchen sink. We found this area very useful even though we were not meal prepping.|The room is almost split into two with a dividing curtain if you want it with a lounge area at one end and we had 2 queen beds at the other.|All down one side was storage - there were cubboards, drawers, shelves and worktop space galore. I saw no evidence of wear and tear, everything was in excellent condition. |The bathroom was in comparison smaller that we mightve expected but was still adequate in size. I loved that it was a double walk in shower (no pesky shower curtain!) and it was very clean, with a powerful spray and not a bit of black mould in sight.|When I did have to speak to reception about a couple of things they were always very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.|The reception/lobby area was bright and often had people in it, especially in the evenings when groups of families might be sharing dinner in the adjacent area which all made for a nice and friendly atmosphere. (Although this was mainly around the Thanksgiving week which I suspect was alot busier than normal.)|Staying here does have a serious perk of having breakfast available for you. Yes, it's a basic fare with limited hot food (think maybe sausage/egg muffin) which was slightly different each day. There were the obligatory Mickey waffles, fresh fruit, toast etc and yoghurt. Basic stuff which really does set you up for the day. The only downside I found to this was it was very often really busy. So there were no coffee cups, the coffee machine was empty, there were no plates, no yoghurt glasses, the cutlery had run out. These were all replenished by the hard working staff, but it seemed they always let things run out first instead of topping things up. This may've been due to it being particuarly busy but there does seem a little lack of organisation in this area. But this didnt stop us from having breakfast.....even though some days I was having my yoghurt in a coffee mug. (Which might explain why they kept running out?!)|Overall I thought this was an excellent stay and would go back, especially considering it was around £1200 for 13 nights when i booked direct with Hilton.

My favorite place to stay! Great location! Yummy Mickey Mouse Waffles and an incredible staff! Quel and the entire front desk staff went out of their way to make me feel at home! My daughter is in the Disney College program and she is just 5 min away from the hotel! I stay at this location for every visit!
