The staff here is great! Any issues we had, they were quick to acknowledge it and fix the issue. Madison, Cameron, Stephania, and Eboni are nice and friendly. The rooms are clean and the amenities are nice. The location is perfect and quiet for the most part. We highly recommend this location. 10/10!

Made reservations 1 hrs before getting here.
No problems , the staff was nice .
My room was perfect ! , I would highly recommend !!!
Some residents live here , it's like an apartment building ?
But I have zero complaints!!!!!
If you can get a room like I have , you'll be super glad you picked this place .
There's No bugs in here , I swear !

If you want roaches as a guarantee roommate, definitely stay here!!!!!
The staff was nice, and the rooms were nicely done for the most part (on what updates they picked to do), but sadly, that was about all I could say for this place. I'm embarrassed for choice hotels at offering this place as an option on their website of partners. I'm so happy I didn't pay for this place and yet also sad I wasted my choice hotel points on such a hotel! I saw so many roaches that I finally just stopped taking pictures!....

This place is disgusting! The staff is not helpful. The vast majority of other guests are very loud. The hotel stinks like a dog kennel. The stench of marijuana smoke fills the air inside and out. There was a dog turd in the hallway for days. I will not be back…ever!

Stephena and Madison were wonderful greeting at the front desk when I first got here. They have been a wonderful tremendous help to my stay here friendly helpful etc. Also, everyone who works the front desk and the cleaning ladies have been absolutely terrific friendly and helpful anytime I've needed anything it has been a wonderful stay here, I really enjoy it!

I have no complaints about this hotel. Everything is so clean and organized, front desk staff are very friendly and extremely helpful with any and everything I needed. Rooms super clean and spacious and I highly recommend this place out of any hotel in Orlando

Eboni at the front desk is amazing! She is very helpful and understood our situation. She gave us an amazing room to make our puppy comfortable. We need more people like Eboni is this business. I highly recommend staying here with you dog.
