Amazing hotel! Keys, the manager at the facility, was a phenomenal gentleman that helped significantly with our needs. Had electronic (not physical) gift cards that we needed to use to pay for our stay and he worked personally to make it happen. Rooms were clean. Love the open air feeling of room. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom was nice and liked the heavy sliding door leading to it. Shower clean and enjoyed the glass enclosure any day to the pathetic curtains in other hotels that let water out and can give you a draft or lead to water outside tub. Clean front area and relaxing modern chairs finished off a great stay. Highly recommend the place. The people dropping 3 stars are clueless.

Honestly, this was an incredible hotel with amazing guest services. I could not recommend enough this hotel as I had a wonderful experience and the location is perfect for those of you that intend to spend your whole trip in New York City. The staff are very kind and do everything they can for you to have a good stay. I will definitely come back here when the time comes to go back to NYC.

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel as we only stay for a few nights for a business trip. This hotel is not very far from Manhattan or any of the other boroughs in New York City.

I really enjoyed that the room was clean and all of the towels were nice and fresh. There were a few like sticker tape marks on our shower floor, but I didn’t mind this because the water was very hot. The bed and everything in the room was super clean and tidy it gave off the vibe of a sweet.

Although you do have to pay a $50 charge when you arrive to hold your room or whatever. I still haven’t received the $50 back on my card and if I don’t receive it today I will be calling. But other than that, I really enjoyed the stay.

Tom from the front desk made our experience so special! He is warm, accommodating and helpful! The rooms were clean and spacious. The open concept of the room does lack privacy but we made it work! The location is walkable to a plaza with many food and drink options and the bus stop that takes you to New York City. Would definitely stay again thanks to the awesome hospitality we received! The staff at this location are some of the kindest people I've ever interacted with at any hotel. They truly went above and beyond. I cannot comment on the breakfast or other amenities as we did not use them. Five stars solely based on the room and staff. I wish every hotel had staff like the people that work here. ?

We got a room with a king sized bed. ||The first thing you notice is the sink and shower when you walk in the room. So be aware that there is not much privacy when showering. ||There is no carpet (preferred), floors are laminate. Suggest bringing slippers. ||For a small room, it met our needs, we liked the simple design. ||We also got a room facing the parking lot on the third floor and found it reasonably quiet. ||Pros:|- Adriana and Asner at the front desk were great. |- Plenty of free parking. |- Walking distance to the bus stop at Walmart. Bus direct to the Port Authority - NYC. And there is a bus to American Dream (great to catch the football game)|- Fairly new property. |- Fun lobby|- close to Walmart and restaurants (walking distance)||Cons:|- the coffee could be better|- there were gaps in the laminate flooring in the water closet|- there was a weird bump in the flooring between the water closet and near the shower |- wished there were more hooks for towels|- wished they had large size moisturizer vs the small bottle that was hard to squeeze||We really enjoyed our stay. I hope that the property will invest to upkeep the rooms. ||I would return and recommend this hotel.

Great service. Everyone person on the staff was incredible. Room set up is not the greatest. Close to bus station and would have given 5 stars but the pool was down for the 7 days we were there!

Pros: We had a great view of NYC from the 6th floor. Staff was super friendly! The hotel is a fantastic location to catch a bus into the city or head to the America Dream mall.

Cons: When in the room there is nothing blocking the shower area off from others to see. Additionally there is a mirror angled just between the shower area and the beds, so it gave a clear view to see everything. We were staying in a double bed room and had to find work arounds. The pool heater had been turned off so the pool was freezing.
