I have had a house in Florida 45 years and never needed emergency Services until Monday ! When a simple dishwasher leak flooded three rooms in my house, living room, kitchen and beautiful custom hardwood floors, they arrived within ONE hour protect my property. They jumped into action and worked so diligently until 7 o’clock at night, they never even took a break!
I was rather shocked, how friendly and compassionate both Ahmed and Jose were at my slight hysterics of being thrust into this incredibly stressful situation on a holiday no less. This team made me feel very ease, and gave me courage to get through this daunting process. Also, having strangers in your home can be alarming, but even my very scared dog was good with these guys. Although Ahmed and Jose were my primary technicians, Miguel and Randy were all so incredibly helpful to me during this very difficult time.
