Front desk is very rude check out day is today 10/23/24 @12 but i also went into labor early morning so inquired about a later check out that day or I’ll pay a extra day to get the stuff moved out due to me being in hospital having a baby the lady was very rude and inconsiderate and said oh well they just gone lock you and your stuff out. I paid my money to them with no problem for someone to be mean and rude I’ll never recommend this place to anyone bad customer service

Budget Suites are by far the best weekly apartments in Las Vegas. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars for the rooms is that the rooms are small. The kitchen doesn’t have much cupboard space and only has a single sink instead of a double sink and no garbage disposal. Unfortunately no matter what weekly you go to the layout are all the so again the budget Suites are far superior than any other in the Las Vegas Valley. The management is very friendly and very helpful. They are not rude like some other weekly apartments management staff. The property is well maintained. So if you need a place to stay for a week or two or even a few months, then this is the place to check out.

I love the location, so close to my work. Very clean rooms. Very prompt when it comes to getting something done for maintenance. Wish it had a fitness center. But other than that. I love everything about this place.

I stayed at this location after driving 20 hours to get there. I agreed to be there for the first month. They make you pay that at the beginning.(which I did) I went to the office to pay my rent and i brought up some minor complaints or genuine questions about my stay ( I was met with huge hostility from the manager) I only asked to the code to get into the pool and I was yelled at. I had a medical emergency while I was there and I was evicted for having them come to help. I was evicted from there while I was in the long process of job interviews. I was forced out in the middle of my interview and then when I arrived after my interview I was able to go back i and move out my stuff.

I vetted out this place for over 6 months before I committed to staying here. And I was evicted without explanation.

I did complain to corporate about how I was having a bad experience. The manager that I spoke to was nothing but a condescending gaslighter that was never gonna help. If the call that was recorded could be pulled up; you can hear me say something along the lines of “I would have liked better customer service” and the response was “ you are just a transaction”

I had moved in to their 1 bedroom unit back in November 2021 i believe and I had moved states in May 2022 but I loved it. The environment was mostly safe for me and felt I was in good hands. I am only giving 4 stars only because they kept getting my mail mixed up with my grandma’s who lives here even though we have the same last name. It was frustrating but it’s all water under the bridge. They are willing to work with you regarding financing and can be a great start if you need help trying to stabilize yourself. My apartment unit has no bugs which I loved every bit of it. I loved my AC on after coming home from work and it was a breath of fresh air

If you have lived here, please call a lawyer. Budget Suites is engaged in illegal activities. They charge you with the following extras every month, which are illegal: $15 a month extra for an HD TV. This tv is 9 years old. And they illegally charge you every month. They charged me $15 a month for the microwave thatwas installed over the stove.
I have informed the District Attorney. they charged me more than they told me on the phone. Then they gave me the wrong laundry room code. Then I had two packages delivered to the front desk worth $80 that just disappeared. I complained and they said Better call post office. Then my internet stopped working. The TV was broke it took 5 days for a guy to show up. If you like living with people who raise fighting pit bulls this is the place for you.

Between being overcharged for the cost of rent, living on what is widely known around Vegas as “The Blade” or in laymen’s terms, the street corner where hookers sell their body for money, having a broken fridge a total of 4 times, unattended maintenance requests and lies from front office staff about the installation of a screen door, I am extremely dissatisfied to say the least. I am a Pre-Med College Student in Psychiatry and I still have not received my $400 deposit back in the form of a check at my new residence 4 weeks later either! I am appalled with the customer service received throughout the duration of the rental of my apartment home. I am constantly given the run around between Glen, the manager, Buffy, an office representative, and another hefty white woman as well. Between the three of these individuals I have filled out my move out form a total of 3 times. Upon my last visit to the office, Buffy informed me that “Whoever took this from you didn’t even do it right. They didn’t sign or date it to make it valid so that wouldn’t have worked. Corporate would deny it.” I then retorted back that the manager, Glen, and another office representative, a white hefty woman, with long dirty blonde hair took the paper with big smiles and ensured me everything would be fine. Buffy smirked at me and said “Well do you want your money?” That is a blatant rhetorical question. Obviously I WANT MY MONEY, that I RESPONSIBLY am owed. This corporation is a scam. The managers, as well as office staff don’t have their facts straight, they give the run around saying their maintenance staff installs the screen door that the renter decides to have installed, then later sasses to me that they have no responsibility to install the door which they helped me to measure and pick out as I called them and spoke to maintenance men while at Home Depot just up the road. It took 4 refrigerators, $200 worth of groceries, and 4 phone calls to the office for me to get a working refrigerator. My ceiling was rotted and both the wall and the corner of the ceiling would bubble up in the painting with pockets of rain water! Glen, the manager ensured he would have this looked at by roofers as well as the maintenance men, and no one ever came! I know, because I had a security system with 24/7 Video Recording and Monitoring! This business is shiesty. Steer clear of the Budget Suites Locations. I’m so happy to be relocated back to California where I am treated with the respect that I deserve as a well behaved tenant. Thank you to Leslie, who is the only office representative who greeted me with compassion, and a friendly smile every time I saw her. You are the light.
