Excellent stay! Great staff and service. Rooms are spacious and the outdoor amenities are awesome! Just be careful of your vehicle, especially if you ride a bike. There are some who look to break or steal from this area, so lock up!

Home to Suites is a brand for business travelers, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. Each suite includes a couch, a mini kitchen with dishes, a modern style, and a functional working desk. While the breakfast is average, it is not lacking. The property is next to the highway patrol building, ensuring safety. However, H2S offers the lowest points of any Hilton brand. Despite this, with free parking, it is a good place for a night's stay. The bedding is super soft and comfortable.

ROBBED OF $550 IN A 3 DAY PERIOD BY HILTON.

We are new Hilton Honors Members and what a horrible experience. I booked a stay at the Hilton San Bernardino in June. In November, within the timeframe to change, I asked to take off one night from my 3 night stay. The agent said she had to call the hotel to do it. She did, and then asked if I got my updated reservation. When I did, it was $200 more than the original 3 night stay!! I said, wait a second, that’s not right, no one even told me there would be a price difference. At that time, the agent said they were powerless to do anything. So I called the hotel, also powerless to do anything. So I said, ok, just change it back to the 3 nights since you didn’t ask for my permission before charging a new rate. At which time they said they couldn’t and I’d have to speak to management. Shady.

Meanwhile, my husband is on a business trip this week in CA, I advised him to stay at Hiltons so we could accumulate points since we are NEW members. He made a reservation at the Embassy Suites in Irvine CA. He specifically asked the agent about parking our truck and trailer. They said no problem, plenty of room. he shows up at the hotel, they tell him there is no room for the truck and trailer, and he couldn’t cancel the reservation. $350.

So far in 3 days Hilton has robbed us of $550. It’s really wrong and shady business practices, and we would like Hilton to refund us for the price difference on my stay and the night stay for my husband as well. I would be very wary of booking with Hilton and their customer service, we stay at a lot of hotels, and this is very shady.

The breakfast is microwaved, prepackaged garbage. Sometimes the hotel smells of marijuana. There are permanent residents who live here. Some of the receptionists are amazing, some are never to be found. Otherwise it’s clean.

Horrible stay experience avoid this if you need rest. This location has extended stays for folks on welfare. So they accept welfare vouchers literally stomping and running at all hours. Even after notifying front desk. I will read reviews going forward before booking. We stayed here for a funeral we came up for, I’ve never had issues in other properties .

The staff were amazing our home flooded and we ended up at this hotel . Jared and Hugo were great at answering all our questions . Room was very clean and parking lot was safe and free . Wifi was good and the free breakfast was much better than most other properties with breakfast sandwiches and scramble and waffles .

Staying here for a week for my husbands business trip. There’s 4 of us, the room is more than enough to accommodate us for the trip. A lot of amenities, service has been great. There’s breakfast every morning and a coffee station all day.

Very nice and clean location. The beds were very comfy and spacious and the rooms were really clean. I was a bit disappointed at one of the front desk workers because she was a bit less than accommodating, and not knowing things about the property like if the pool was heated or not or letting me know that I missed the window to ask for a late check out. But other than her everything was great. Jared in the front desk was very attentive and kind he was an amazing host. Thank you Jared.
