Mismanaged warehouse….workers doesn’t care if u stand next to them for delivery or pickup….make sure u have plenty of free time when u come…don’t bother the staff….low energy people and this is in the morning….think about afternoon service….terrible

Designer here with two retail stores importing goods from Italy.
We tried Savino Del Bene out for a shipment that arrived with damage, which in itself is not tragic, but dealing with the team in Los Angeles has been a nightmare. We have been lied to and jollied along by the L.A. Team and not one at headquarters answer a phone call. You would be foolish to intrust your shipping from Italy to Savino Del Bene. There are much better options. After putting up with three weeks of nonsense from the LA Crew....I made a phone call and had the replacment goods airshipped. Going to have to sue Savino Del Bene for charging us for insurance that was fake.
