Being a small startup in the 3D printing business is so difficult and most printers are not willing to work with you. Little do they know, the small businesses have major potential to become big businesses, especially when they have a manufacturing partner who understands that. MJF 3D Hub is one of those who gets it. I spent over 6 months trying to find a reliable and accountable printing partner and tried a few but they had poor communication, I felt like I wasn't even a priority, then I found MJF 3D Hub and they respond promptly to every single email I have sent. Also, the day they say they're going to ship, is THE day they ship and it arrives FAST! The quality of the final parts is also great and what I would expect from the HP MJF printers.
