We just had an amazing weekend at the Four Points Sheraton Allentown. We were a large group of 75 people, including families with children. Saran and her team were absolutely incredible. They were super accommodating and friendly every step of the way. |The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and most of all the staff were all so nice. |I would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is great. Definitely will stay again on routes up north. Clean, friendly and comfy rooms - Inc a restaurant/bar with karaoke! A great find!

The service was great. Rooms are clean and in ok shape. The deal breaker for this place is the walls are so thin. The room next to you feels like they are in the same room as you. You can hear entire conversations, I swear, even when they are practically whispering. So, hopefully you have better luck than me and don't have 2 kids and a new born baby in the room next to you, or else you'll probably not be getting much sleep either.

This is a quiet hotel during the week but it was not what we expected from a Marriott property. We had an adjoining room and could hear everything that was said in the next room. When we tried to change rooms we were told that the hotel was booked. Okay, fair enough but we received a lot of pushback from the manager also the next day about switching rooms. The quality of the mattresses were fair to poor. The restaurant had been sold off and so you get n points eating there. This is my second time being burned by Marriott. Not sure what is happening to this company but I will def cash in my points & cancel my CC.

This is a Marriott property. A very degraded version of this brand. The restaurant had been sold off to a separate entity so no points for eating there. BTW a very mediocre breakfast. Our room had an adjoining door to the next room. We could hear the guy next door talking business like he was standing next to us. I asked for a room change & was told it couldn’t be done that night because they were booked but we could change the next day. The next evening when back at the hotel there was a lot of push back from the manager about us changing the rooms, that the day guy did not tell him about the room change etc. Finally he agreed to give us another room! Also the quality of the mattresses were fair to poor. This is the 2nd time I’ve been burnt by Marriott. What is happening to this company! Why pay good money to be treated like garbage! Lesson learned!

Stayed here to go to Dorney park. Legit best location to stay at as far as being close to the park. The front staff is very nice and friendly. The room first glance looked clean, sheets and bed were clean, bathroom had pee on the wall and under the trash in the bathroom was wet with god knows what. The room smelt like straight old moth balls, and being early on pregnancy it made me feel a bit nauseas when I would come into the room. The baseboards (mainly in bathroom) were super dirty. I am a house cleaner for both residential and commercial properties, so I would give cleanliness about a 1 star, deff bare minimum in that aspect. Also people screaming at each other in the hall early the first morning, due to someone banging on the walls, was a little disturbing, but not the hotels fault. The restaurant attached was by far the best part, the food was very good. Also this is all true I stayed here with my bf and 8 year old and the hotel was under his name.
