I can’t believe I got something that was legitimately clean for such a cheap price this place is awesome. The bedding is clean the towels are clean the fridge is clean the microwave is clean the carpet is clean there are no holes in the walls or anywhere and the paint looks nice. There’s multiple tables, a nice 4 drawer and 2 large cabinet dresser, and flat screen tvs with a lot of channels. I haven’t seen a single bug for two days, and I even tried looking I can’t find any bugs. The person taking care of this property, I believe her name is Vicky, is great as well. She was very welcoming and accommodating and she made it feel like a home away from home, she’s there to help with whatever you need and she truly does. There was no security deposit before checking in. No unusual or disturbing activity in the area or other rooms so it would definitely be good for kids. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, even if you’re not on a budget. Last but not least, there was no smell. I got a smokers room and it didn’t even smell like smoke or have signs of smoking. This place is really well taken care of.

I admit, the price is cheap and all but the service is lousy. We don't get any maid service at all. In fact, we haven't had maid service since Vicky and the old owners left and that was months ago. We've been sleeping on the same linen since March and I went to tell Christy about it and she was like " we don't do maid service at all here!" She too is very rude and nasty and don't know how to treat her clientele. Plus, the owners are NEVER around Saturday to Thursday. The only time they are available is Friday because they're looking to get paid. But I feel like they are taking our money and run because we are not getting any service at all for it. The only way our room is getting cleaned is if we're cleaning it up ourselves. It just doesn't make any sense. If a couple wants to go on vacation and have decided to come to this hotel, they wouldn't like the experience. In fact, I recommend not coming to this hotel at all. These people don't and won't care about you and your needs concerning service. All they're in it for is the money. I would like for us to go somewhere else but unfortunately we can't because we're homeless and can't afford to move around. I would like to give it 0 stars but unfortunately I don't have that option.

My husband and I planned a weekend get away found the Sunshine motel one a booking website. When we got to the motel, no one was around one to find out the the motel was sold and the old owners did not tell the new owner about our booking. The new owner Christy happened to stop in and since we prepaid and had conformation she gave us a room for the weekend. Christy was very nice and accommodating to us. Can't wait to go back and see what she has done to the motel.

Looking for a simple, clean room for a great price while visiting the Absecon / Galloway area, Sunshine Motel is definatively worth a visit. Each of their rooms includes it's own mini fridge/freezer, a microwave, a mini-coffee machine, great wifi, and cable tv. There is also plenty of parking on site, and both management and housekeeping are warm & friendly, and management is accommodating as well.

Horrible!! Don't waste your money!! SO DIRTY & BEDBUGS!!! Me & my roommates wouldn't even give it 1 star!! First their machine was down to pay. When we came in first thing we noticed was how dirty it is. A homeless person would be disappointed. The carpet is so dirty it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The beds and blankets have burn holes in them. The almost bed fell over when we sat on the edges. The dresser is so torn apart and broke that when I tried to close it, it smashed my finger. The heater had such a nasty smell. Someone punched a whole through the bathroom door and how they fixed it was so ghetto. The bathroom door was so hard to close or open that you have to use so much force to use it. The shower had hair and pubes all over the walls. We got a smoking room and no ash trays. The walls are dirty, stained, and peeling off. The tv is so small and you can see the wires all over the walls and the tv is so complicated. The wifi is so slow that I'd rather use my data on my phone. I think there's bed bugs cause I have a bite on my hand and it's itchy like crazy. Other reviews mentioned bed bugs so. NEVER STAYING AGAIN!!!

I made my reseravtions in advance. The staff was very nice and helpful the room was clean the jacuzzi was lovely and it was very peaceful! I enjoyed my stay thank you Vickie for making us feel welcomed!

I absolutely love this place!!!! The owners are so nice and they let kids play in the parking lot they have such reasonable prices compared to other places and it's in a wonderful spot! Right across the street from wawa, 10 minutes away from Atlantic city there's a wonderful bar up the street about 5 minutes away called Hi Point and dennys is in walking distance!!! Its a really calm environment and it's a great spot to stay at!!! And yes there are people living there but they are wonderful and so friendly, and plus its a hotel you don't know what someone is going through they pay to stay here just like everyone else does! I will always come back to the passport!!!

The room was comfortable and the bed too but the cleanliness in the room not so great. Not such a smelly room either in which that was a plus. I will return in the future if i have too.
