From quoting to scheduling to installation, everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. Owen did a great job explaining our options for a furnace replacement and how to help address a particularly cold area in our home. There was a delay in the manufacturer sending out the new unit to Aireserv, but Owen communicated to us immediately and made us a priority when it did arrive. Dave, Leo and Jeremiah did a fantastic job with the installation. They arrived on time and were very clean with the removal of the old unit as well as the installation of the new furnace and sheet metal re-work. Before leaving they gave us a detailed walkthrough of the new unit explaining the new features. I highly recommend them!

Aire Serv is locally owned HVAC business that has provided excellent service on two separate occasions. The Service Tech, Zack Enos, was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and what he would recommend to correct the problems.
The company sent me a reminder of the appointment with a picture of the Technician.
After the appointment, I received a complete review of the service provided with pictures of the damaged parts.

I'm as tickled as a pig in puddle, at the service I received today from Aire Serv furnace man Zack. He was very knowledgeable in his field. He did an overview of the condition of my furnace and gave me a report as to its condition and life expectancy. He went above and beyond by doing some things like changing the batteries in my thermostat and helping with a water flow problem. He was very kind, personable and conciderate. Thank you Aire Serv and Zack.

It is a sunday pm just before christmas and 20 degrees outside. Our furnace decides to stop working. A call to Aire serv and Brett was here in less than 30 minutes. After a couple hours, he finds that the problem is a part that rarely goes out and the part had to be ordered. With christmas almost here, it could have been 5-6 days without heat. Aireserv went above and beyond the call of duty and located the part and had heat for us on Monday pm. Thank you to Brett, Cathy, the owner and all the folks at Aireserv. You are our heros and we will recommend you to all our friends and family!!

Happy to say that it was a Super Service Experience with the professionals at Aire Serv! Our Air Conditioning went out and we called Aire Serv of Kalamazoo to get service right away. Later that day but earlier than expected Ben arrived to get our HVAC system running again. We even signed up for their Maintenance Advantage Plan to keep our system operating year round!
