I have rented space here quite a few times and each time has been with the utmost professionalism and fairness. Rooms are equipped with everything you need and they have rentals if you need more. The staff is second to none. Like for real, for real! The guys are awesome! If need a rehearsal space this is the place for you. Lots of parking, good equipment, great rental rates, clean rehearsal rooms, restrooms and building, smoking area outside and convenient hours. Give them a call, if they don't answer, leave a message, they will get back to you quickly.

The people who work in the office are very nice. The facility is by far the best rehearsal Studio I have ever been in, and down at the end there is a guy who has a recording studio. He does a great job and he really knows his stuff. Super cool guy. I believe his name is Orlando. I think he charges $45 an hour which is not a bad deal at all. I come here all the time and I really like it!

It used to be decent when Gary was still around, this new dude books our room, but says we never booked it or says it wasn't him and we have to get a different room even though no one is in the room, no sort of people skills, not even an apology, 3rd time in a row it happens. Unprofessional, bout to find a new spot

Great staff great rates and clean rooms of various sizes. Just book ahead. They also have things you might break like drum heads sticks strings. Clean restrooms and cold drinks and a courtyard for smokers.

A great place to rehearse. The facility is clean and the staff friendly. Rehearsed here several times with no problems. The rates are decent but I would recommend booking in advance on their website rather than trying to call in last minute.

One of the few places you can rent a spacious area to set up and practice your craft. We paid $25 an hour and had a very spacious room well equipped with amplifiers and mic stands at cetera definitely on the recommended list.

Spacious and new studio that caters to musicians but also to those with other space needs, such as filmmakers. Our music group rented the studio several times for jamming practice and we were confident to go as loud as we could in there, and we didn't hear anything from other rooms. I myself rented the studio once for a group audition for my film, and Sam and his cousin who run the studio are super chill and helpful, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free.
